This light has a blue white light combination which is meant to lure pests like mosquitoes and fruit flies without releasing any harmful toxins into the air.
The product is safe for use around pets or children.
It will last up to 1500 hrs.
You can use this unit indoors. Most of the alternatives on the market are outdoor lanterns or lights that you have to hang somewhere. Indoor options are usually large and unappealing aesthetically which can be problematic for people who want to have them near door but still want to have guests over or enjoy a nice holiday party.
This design will eliminate mosquitoes without any harsh sprays, any fumes, or any chemicals.
You can protect up to 500 ft. ² with a single light bulb.
You can get rid of the buzzing sounds associated with mosquitoes flying nearby with a single LED light bulb.
It is a soft white light which is 110 V, something that allows for adequate light in a family room, patio, deck, or inside your home.
It is eco-friendly. This light is guaranteed to last up to 13 years and save you on overall energy costs because of the LED design.
You cannot get the 220 V option which limits it if you want to travel.
The zapping nature of this design means that it will zap bugs but the bodies have to fall directly below where they were zapped. As such you are still going to end up with many dead bug bodies if it works effectively.
Turn off your power to avoid electrocution.
Insert the Zapp light into your socket.
Switch on your light and once the blue LED light has come on, the zapper has been activated.
To change between the different modes you can simply click the switch.
Once the bulb cools down you can unscrew it and clean up any dead insects with the brush included.
You cannot use this bulb with a dimmer switch for HID lamp.
Copper cases has a bug zapper bolt which looks remarkably similar. Similarly it is an indoor and outdoor 10 Watt LED light bulb that also kills mosquitoes with UV light. You can replace standard light bulbs with this eco-friendly light bulb.
Using this will light up your room with high output light at low wattage while simultaneously swatting away and zapping bugs, flies, moths, and insects. You can use it inside in a home, garage, kitchen, or outside in the porch setting, patio, or shed. It will last a long time while simultaneously saving you on long-term energy cost. This one is available in 220 or 110 V.

I've been buying these lights about every 4 months as each light, front and back doors fails after about 3 months. It does kill night flying bugs and gives my wife peace. Shorten the advertised hours of lasting to 1000 and you won't get as many complaints. Return old bulbs? No stated [policy. Freight charges are way too high and the bulb probably costs under $2.00 to make in China.

Hi, I just got my zapplight and all I have is a 110v 3 -way lamp. I can still use it, I just won't have the 3-way option, right?

There is no switch. Turn it on and you have a blue light. Turn it on, off, and back on quickly, and you have regular light. Read the instructions next time.
It does not work and still waiting on the label to send back which it seems like that are stalling to send to me and it was not in the box but the guy wanted to speak very nasty to me about.

Biting insects are not attracted to light. Biting insects, such as mosquitoes, are attracted to carbon dioxide that animals exhale. The Zaplight kills moths, beetles, and other non-biting nocturnal insects.

I bought two of the zapplights. The advertising is very convincing, however both "pooped" out in just over two months. Light / zapper feature would not engage, only the zapper ( blue led light ).
Too expensive, too disappointing.

Same here. You don't even have a switch to turn the regular light on.
Worthless! Too much $ for junk!
