X Vision sunglasses look like ordinary black, fashionable sunglasses, but just to the left of the left lens, each pair actually has a dash cam built in. Therefore, when you wear them while you're driving, you can use them to capture dangerous drivers, physical hazards and potential criminal acts on video. Aside from video, the dash cam will record audio, too. Furthermore, these sunglasses look just like ordinary sunglasses for men and women, so no one will realize you're recording unless you tell them.
The cost of X Vision is $39.99 and the shipping is FREE! Price is from As Seen on TV Commercial page: getxvision.com
Before you wear your X Vision sunglasses, if you want their recording capabilities to be activated, you'll need to charge the dash cam within. You can do this by plugging the included charger into an electrical outlet or connecting the sunglasses to your computer via the included USB cable.
Once your sunglasses are done charging, simply wear them in your vehicle as you would a standard pair of sunglasses, and the built-in camera will automatically record up to two hours of audio-visual footage. Even when you're not in a vehicle, you can keep them on and they'll continue to record the events going on around you.
When you want to view the footage that the dash cam within your sunglasses has captured, all you'll need to do is plug the sunglasses into your computer via the USB cable again. Then, you can open up your video viewing program of choice and watch the film. You'll also be able to plug the sunglasses into a tablet and do the same thing.
The video footage you get from these sunglasses definitely won't be blurry, as the camera will always record high-definition, 1080-pixel video. The same goes for any audio it captures.
The micro SD card within each camera contains eight gigabytes of memory, enough to record up to two hours of audio and video. You'll also have the option of upgrading to an SD card that contains more memory than the original if that's something you feel you need.
The dash cam within each pair of X Vision sunglasses is a wide-angle one. Besides recording what's directly in front of you, it'll also record everything to the left and right, including everything that's going on in your peripheral vision, without missing a detail.
Aside from being useful for recording purposes, these sunglasses are attractive and fashionable as opposed to being heavy and bulky. Regardless of where you are, you likely won't look out of place wearing them or balancing them on top of your head.
With each pair of X Vision sunglasses, you'll receive a black drawstring carrying pouch that will help protect your sunglasses from potential scratching. If you carry them in this case whenever you're not using them, their lenses may look as good as new for years.
A pair of these sunglasses is one of the only things you can use to record anything in your immediate environment with your hands-free. Even if you're able to record something with your smartphone, you'll have to keep one hand on the device or keep it propped up on an object at all times. The only other common alternative to these sunglasses is a dash cam on its own, but these can be hard to install, may obstruct your vision as you drive, and can't be worn like sunglasses.
The X Vision sunglasses promote safety since you'll be able to record a dangerous driver, a physical hazard or a possible crime if you happen to witness one of these things while on the road. Then, you'll be able to show the recording to the appropriate authorities. Without recording capabilities such as the ones these glasses offer, you'll have to either pass the incident without doing anything or give the police limited information.
While these sunglasses have certainly been designed with on-road use in mind, that's not the only place you can use them. If you wear these sunglasses while you're participating in outdoor sports such as skiing, hiking or biking, they'll automatically record the action for you. When you get home, you'll be able to relive a day's fun or analyze your technique by playing back the recording on your chosen digital device.
If you're going to be leaving the house for a just a couple of hours or so, you can also find out what happens after you've left by using these sunglasses. Just leave them on the dining room table or in some other central location, and they'll record everything that goes on in their immediate surroundings for you. That way, you'll be able to see if any intruders approach a certain window, if a pet makes a mess or if the kids behave while you're out.
The X Vision sunglasses only come in black, and while this basic, sophisticated shade may satisfy many adults, some users might prefer a brighter shade or a choice between several.
There are some places, such as public auditoriums or law enforcement buildings, in which recording anything is strictly prohibited. Since these sunglasses will always be recording footage while you have them on, you'll need to take them off completely and put them in a closed-up bag while you're in one of these locations.
