Wonder Rack is a copper-colored rack made of food-grade silicone that's been created to perform five different functions in the kitchen. You can place it over your sink and use it as a rack to dry dishes or a rinsing station for fruits and vegetables. Alternatively, you could use it on your counter as a trivet or food prep platform. As a trivet, it's purported to protect countertops, tabletops and various other surfaces from being burned by hot pots or pans. It can also be expected to function as a roasting rack in your oven.
The cost of Wonder Rack is $19.99 plus $5.99 shipping, for a total price of $25.98.

Each Wonder Rack is made from food-grade silicone that's able to tolerate standard cooking temperatures in an oven. If you're not sure whether a certain temperature is safe, you can consult your instruction manual. As a result, when positioned over a pan like the Copper Chef Baking Pan, this rack can become a roasting rack. As food roasts on the rack, excess fat and grease will seep through the rack's slots and down into the pan below, so you don't end up compromising your health by ingesting it.
The Wonder Rack won't securely hook itself onto all cookie sheets, but if you've got some Copper Chef Cookie Sheets in your possession, your rack will securely lock itself onto those. This capability will come in handy if you're using your rack as a food preparation platform since a cookie sheet positioned below it will catch dribbles of food and keep them away from your counter.
When you're done using one of these racks, you'll be able to roll it up like a beach towel, which will enable it to fit in almost any drawer instead of taking up counter space. Furthermore, if you don't need your entire rack while you're using it to dry dishes or rinse fruits and veggies, you won't even need to unroll it all the way. The fact that it'll roll up small also makes each one of these racks portable, which means you'll be able to make use of yours outside your home, if necessary.
This rack is dishwasher safe, so if you've got a dishwasher, you won't have to scrub it off by hand after using it. You may not need to clean it after each and every single use, though, especially if you've just used it as a platform on which to rinse produce. However, if meat or dairy products have been touching it, it should be washed thoroughly.
Each Wonder Rack is a moderate size—large enough to hold at least a small roast chicken, but not so large that it'll be hanging off the edges of your counter when you place it there. Plus, each one is about the same size as a standard sink, so it'll extend across most of these nicely without falling into the sink or sticking out too far on either side.
When carrying a hot pot, pan or dish, you may currently have to search for a potholder or just put the dish down on your counter, running the risk of damaging the counter with heat. Fortunately, your Wonder Rack will be able to serve as an extra-large potholder that will lift up virtually any pot, pan or dish and prevent your countertop from getting burned. Instead of touching the counter, the hot dish will rest solely on the rack's slats. Aside from countertops, this rack will also be able to protect tabletops and other flat surfaces in the same way.
If you're looking for a good place on which to add icing to cakes or cupcakes or decorations to holiday cookies, the Wonder Rack can help you here, too. Even if you have no Copper Chef Cookie Sheets to connect your rack with, you'll be able to place the rack on top of any cookie sheet you have around your home. The sheet will be able to catch any stray bits of icing, sprinkles, and whatnot, so you'll end up with great-looking desserts without making a mess.
These racks aren't made for use in the microwave, so even if you're able to roll yours up small enough to fit into one, putting it in could damage it. When rolled up, you wouldn't be able to effectively cook anything on one of these racks, anyhow.
The holes in each rack can be advantageous if you're trying to drain liquids off a certain food item or another kitchen object. Nonetheless, it would be nice if the option to close off the holes and make the tray solid could be made available. Otherwise, if you don't want food or water to dribble through its holes and onto your floor or counter, you're always going to need to put some sort of solid pan underneath the rack.
The Wonder Rack may not fit properly in your dishwasher while it's spread out, or it may take up space you need for other dishes. You won't need to be concerned about that, though, as you'll be able to roll up the rack in full or in part, and the whole thing will still come clean.
