Wonder Core Cycle is a stationary bike that helps to target the whole body, not just the legs, like most bikes. This is the first system of its kind to combine cycling with a full upper body workout. You can tighten and tone your entire body with this single machine. There are two positions in which you can sit on the bike so that the upper body and core workouts are adjusted accordingly. This alleviates redundancy and makes it easier to do multiple types of workouts.
The cost of Wonder Core Cycle is $199.75 and the shipping is FREE!

Wonder Core Cycle is built to be more than just a bike. It has units designed to tone and strengthen the whole body. This stationary bike part works the legs, thighs, and butt. The front components help you target your abs and back. Other components target the shoulders and biceps. So using all three parts targets the entire body.
When you complete the cardio routine, it will burn away calories at a rate higher than traditional sports. For example, playing tennis for the same amount of time as using the Wonder Core Cycle will burn between three hundred and sixty to just shy of five hundred calories, the same as swimming. Running for the same amount of time burns seven hundred calories. However, using the core cycle burns seven hundred and eighty calories in the same amount of time. .
Compared to competing stationary bikes, this unit takes things above and beyond insofar as it actually addresses the importance of diet in conjunction with exercise. Very few similar products on the market include or even address any information pertaining to nutrition. Rather, they tout the alleged benefits and immediacy of the results you will receive. That said, if they are open about the importance of nutrition too, not just using the bike, then it stands to reason that they did their homework for the exercise guide. With that said, it is clear that this product is something to consider above and beyond other units for that reason alone.
You get the full body exercise guide with it, a DVD for beginners and advanced individuals, in addition to a nutrition guide. What's more, you get guaranteed results if you follow the training and suggestions.
You can save a great deal of money with this unit because it contains the pieces you need to work out so many parts of the body. If you are trying to target your upper body, core, and legs, you need not purchase multiple, expensive weight sets or training videos. Instead you can target all of these muscle groups in the one place. This saves you money on the cost of exercise equipment in addition to the cost of joining a gym or getting a trainer.
The company purports that you save time because you can do more than one workout at a time. This would be the same as if you could do weight lifting for your arms and shoulders while you were riding a bike, but obviously much safer. With the right amount of coordination and balance you can safely do that while on the bike, reducing the overall time spent exercising.
There are three adjustable levels for rowing resistance. The recumbent mode stretches the legs and thighs. Upright mode tightens the butt and thighs. Fully body mode targets the full body with cardio. You can enjoy eight levels of cycling resistance.
With this one unit you can do shoulder raises, bicep curls, rowing, tricep extensions, chest flys, and speed cycling. .
The seat is comfortable and adjustable. Rowing band is adjustable too. There is a digital LCD panel that helps you monitor your progress.

Ordered this Wonder Core Cycle on November 30. Has not shipped yet. Called today, out of stock. Not sure when coming in. Disappointed that no communication was sent regarding this item being out of stock, especially when it is still advertised like it is in stock.

The websites shipping policy even states that it might not ship for up to 30 days after the order is processed. Patience and reading comprehension are virtues.
