Is Skyline Window Bird Feeder a scam or a great buy?
The Skyline Window Bird Feeder is a portable bird feeder that has two tiers and a copper-toned roof. It's specified that each tier has a perch and a feeder tray that can be removed, and you'll be able to obtain extra tiers if you aren't satisfied with just two. Each feeder is meant to be attached (via the included suction cups) to virtually any glass window, in order to allow you to watch a variety of birds feast every day.

When you obtain a Skyline Window Bird Feeder, the first thing you'll need to do is remove and fill the feeder trays that fit into the two tiers. You can fill these trays with any type of birdseed that you like, but it may be advantageous to fill each one with a different type. This, in turn, may cause a wider variety of birds to come to your feeder. Once the trays are filled with seeds, be sure to place each one in the transparent base of one of your feeder's tiers.
Next, grab the four included suction cups and attach two of them to the back of the first tier of your feeder, which will come already attached to the feeder's copper-colored roof. Use the cups to stick this piece to any smooth glass window on the outside of your home. It's best to mount this piece in a position that will allow you to watch it at eye level from indoors. Following that, use the other two suction cups to mount the second tier of your feeder directly below the first one, with no space between the two tiers.
With your bird feeder mounted on a window, you can return indoors and wait for birds to come and eat. If you think you aren't getting enough birds at your feeder, you may want to move it so that it's higher or lower on the same window. It's fairly compact and lightweight, so you can also move it to a different window that might get more traffic. Regardless of where you put it, remember to temporarily remove the feeding trays and fill them up again when they become empty.
While the majority of each Skyline Window Bird Feeder is made from transparent material, the roof of each feeder is copper-toned, which adds to its attractiveness. Similarly, the circular perch that's attached to each tier's feeding tray is the same shade of copper. These copper accents will make your bird feeder more noticeable from far away than it would be if it was transparent or light-colored all over.
The four suction cups that you'll use to attach this bird feeder to your chosen window have been designed to be used in all seasons. That means they should stand up to harsh weather conditions such as hot sun, rain, snow, wind, and hail, without losing their stickiness and causing your bird feeder to fall to the ground.
The perches of each Skyline Window Bird Feeder curve around the entirety of each feeding tray, which means they'll offer space for up to several birds to sit while they're not eating. If some birds are eating and others are simply perching, dozens of birds may be able to use your bird feeder at the same time. As they do so, you and anyone else in your home will be able to clearly see them through your window's glass and the transparent tiers of your feeder.
If you want even more birds to come to your feeder than those that come while you're using two tiers, you can obtain and add as many extra tiers as you have space for. Once you have an extra tier in your possession, just use the two included suction cups to add it to your window, directly below the current bottom tier.
The vast majority of users will be able to carry both pieces of a two-tiered feeder at once and move it from window to window outside their home on a whim. Furthermore, if you want to transport your feeder in your vehicle, a two-tiered feeder will only take up about a couple of feet of space.
Those people who are often bored at home, especially during the winter, may find that looking out the window becomes much more interesting with a Skyline Window Bird Feeder. You may want to learn about different types of birds yourself, as they come to your feeder, or teach any children under your care about the types of birds in your area. Plus, on days with bad weather, if you'd normally head out to a park or a nature trail for a good bird-watching session, you'll be able to do it from the comfort of home.
While some bird feeders have only been designed to be used by a specific type of bird that consumes a specific type of food, the trays within each of these feeders will hold various seeds. Just be sure that you don't overfill the trays when you're adding seed to them. They should be filled almost to the top, but they shouldn't be so full that stray seeds are spilling over the sides. To attract particular types of birds, such as cardinals or blue jays, you can select the type of seed that they typically like.
If you're a bird-watcher who has no bird feeder or one that's hanging far from your house, you might have to pull out your binoculars in order to see the birds in your yard clearly. However, once you've got a Skyline Window Bird Feeder, this may no longer be necessary. Since the bird feeder will be hanging from a window that's right in front of your eyes, you may be able to see every detail of a bird's body without using a magnifying device.
The trays within your bird feeder are removable, so you should take advantage of your ability to remove them and wash them about once a week. You can save the seed that's in them while you're washing them with soap and water, and then add it back later when they're dry to avoid wastage. Washing the trays regularly will not only make their material look cleaner and more attractive, but it'll also ensure that your birds are getting clean seeds that aren't covered with bacteria.
When you're watching the birds at your Skyline Window Bird Feeder, avoid tapping on the glass of your window and instruct any kids who are around to do the same. Tapping on the glass will only scare the birds and likely cause them to fly away.
