VaBroom is a powerful broom that actually acts as a broom and a vacuum in one. Not only does it have strong, synthetic bristles, it also has a built-in vacuum consisting of a suction tube and a motor that spins at a rate of 14,000 revolutions per minute. It'll work on virtually all types of flooring, including tile, linoleum and wood, and it's lightweight, too. It's also battery-powered, so you won't need to worry about dragging around an extension cord when using it.
The cost of VaBroom is $39.99 plus $9.99 shipping. The special TV offer allows you to receive a second VaBroom at the discounted price of only $9.99 for a total price of $59.97.
This price was obtained from the As Seen on TV commercial page ( www.getvabroom.com ) which was taken offline due to VaBroom being discontinued. VaBroom may still be found for sale on Amazon or Ebay.

To begin using this two-in-one apparatus, simply use it as a broom to sweep as usual. You'll be able to sweep up pet food, cat litter, dinner crumbs, dust and / or anything else you'd use a standard broom to sweep up. However, one thing you won't need is a dustpan, since the broom's built-in vacuum will do the job of a dustpan later.
Once you've got some dirt gathered in a pile on your floor, tilt the broom to the side the suction tube is on to activate the vacuum. You'll notice that the suction tube will suck up all the collected debris on the floor, so you won't need to transfer it to a dustpan.
When you're done vacuuming up a pile of debris, all you'll need to do is press a button on your broom to dump the debris in a garbage can. Following that, you can resume sweeping and vacuuming again, if needed.
Each of these brooms is lightweight—nowhere near the weight of even a small vacuum—so you'll be able to cart it from room to room and up and down stairs without getting exhausted.
Each VaBroom has a handle that swivels and can be hung from a hook while you're not using the device. This swiveling handle, along with the broom's somewhat flexible bristles, will enable you to reach around and under furniture with it without a great deal of physical strain.
This broom and vacuum in one has also been designed with an angled head that will enable it to sweep up dust and debris from hard-to-reach places like baseboards or patio door tracks.
This device is also battery operated, so as long as you have batteries, you'll be able to use it anywhere, including places where no electrical outlets are available. You also won't have any cords getting in your way while you're trying to sweep and vacuum.
Using a dustpan with a broom can be a pain, since regardless of how careful you are, there almost always seems to be a line of dirt that doesn't make it into the pan. Fortunately, you can leave your dustpan in the cupboard when you use the VaBroom, and use the built-in vacuum to quickly suck up dust and debris instead.
Since the VaBroom's built-in vacuum can pick up fairly large pieces of debris in addition to small ones, it's an ideal choice if you have a pet ( or more than one ). With it, you won't have trouble picking up big, uneaten pieces of dog or cat food, nor will you have trouble sucking up cat litter that's ended up on the floor. The built-in vacuum will suck up stray pieces of cat or dog hair, too.
Kids tend to find sweeping to be a boring or unpleasant chore, but when they get the opportunity to use a vacuum as part of a sweeping task, they may suddenly want to sweep. Therefore, you may be relieved of that chore more often than not, while they watch the VaBroom's suction tube with interest. Keep in mind that children under 12 should always be supervised when using this type of device, though.
You'll need 4 AA batteries to run this device, but they're not included with it, so you'll need to obtain them on your own.
The waste compartment within each VaBroom is fairly small, smaller than the waste compartment in a standard vacuum, so you may need to empty it frequently if there's a lot of dirt on your floors. If you're cleaning a large area in one session, you'll probably have to empty it a few times before you're done.
You could use a standard broom and then come along with a vacuum to pick up collected dust and debris, but this will take you more time than using the VaBroom. With the VaBroom, you won't need to go and fetch an additional appliance to finish the job.
Some people may choose to forgo sweeping and just use a vacuum cleaner, but standard vacuums won't be able to get at most of the hard-to-reach places that VaBroom can access. Plus, with most standard vacuums, you'll need to have an electrical outlet handy and deal with the cord.
Like the VaBroom, dustbusters are more compact than standard vacuum cleaners and can often be powered by batteries. However, a dustbuster won't hang almost anywhere like the VaBroom, and will need to be returned to its charging station frequently if it doesn't have an electrical cord.
