They Break Almost Immediately-hard to get Refund

Someone must be well connected to still be in business despite selling a product that does not work as described because it simply stops working. It stops vibrating, stops charging, stops lighting up after a very short time. Bought 2 sets, one worked 10 hours, one arrived completely dead and did not even light up. Waiting on Paypal for refunds. The company has found ways to forfeit returns. They depend on ruining your chances at a refund. They seem to have loads of advertising money though. There are better companies out there manufacturing similar devices.
