      Easy to Use

      1. Core

        Start sitting on the mid rollers, leaning all the way back with your hands behind your head and your elbows held wide. To begin working your core, lift all the way up to a seated position and then lay all the way back down. Then, to work on your obliques twist right and then left each time you sit up.

      2. Arms

        Lay all the way back on the pad with your shoulders laying flat and grab your hand straps. Straighten your arms all the way up and then bend them so your elbows are in line with your shoulders. Then, move on to your triceps by bending your arms so that your hands are behind your head and then straighten them in front of you again. Finally, to work on your biceps, sit all the way up with your arms straight down your sides and bend your arms towards your shoulders.

      3. Chest and Back

        Now, to target your chest, keep your back flat and arms stretched while you open your arms all the way out to the sides and then bring them back up in front of you. To work your back, stand up, facing the machine with one foot in the foot bar and one hand on the high bar. Grab the hand strap with the other hand and bend your arm, pulling your elbow behind you.

        Standing by the machine, velcro the ankle of your outside leg to the leg strap. To work your outer thighs, begin moving your working leg from a vertical standing position directly to the side of your body with your knees and feet facing front. Then, to work your inner thighs, from the same position, pulse your leg in towards the other side of your body. Next, step into the foot roller, and bring your leg to 90 degrees behind you. Begin to alternate between straightening the leg and kicking the heel out.
