This Full Body Trainer is designed to accommodate ten different exercises, each targeting a different body part. A back pad supports you as you work on abdominal exercises, the resistance bands provide a powerful upper-body workout, and the ankle bands help target your thighs and buns.
The adjustable inclined seat sits atop two front foot pedals and two back legs which hold the attachments for the tension cables. Above the front pedals is foam leg support designed to support your knees. There is a similar knee foam support below the seat pad and a back foam support above it. Despite its trim, minimalist design, the machine is designed to hold up to 250 pounds.
Once you are done working out with the trainer, it can be folded up compactly for easy storage or transportation. It can be tucked away discretely and then easily reassembled before your next workout. The sleek, elegant design and blue shade also make the TOTAL10 workout machine an attractive addition to your home gym, living room, or bedroom.
The TOTAL10 Unit comes with 2 hand straps, 2 ankle bands, and 3 resistance bands, all of which are used for the exercise plan. Your purchase of the machine will also include a JumpStart Meal Plan and a Workout Video, each of which can help you correctly follow the TOTAL10 fitness regimen.
The TOTAL10 workout promises that, alongside a healthy diet, following the plan for just ten minutes a day will strengthen and tone your whole body. Included in the signature workout are ten different exercises, each designed to work either the abs, obliques, buns, inner thighs, outer thighs, biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders, or back. Unlike many workout regimens, this requires little time and works perfectly with a busy schedule. These daily ten minutes can be fit in first thing in the morning, between meetings, or right before bed.
This machine is a very safe in-home workout option, especially for people who are less experienced with working out. Unlike other workout machines, this product does not involve lifting heavy equipment or subjecting sensitive joints to repetitive heavy impact. If more advanced machines are used incorrectly, it is easy to accidentally do permanent damage to your body over time. This product provides a dependable option for people who aren't experienced with fitness or who don't yet know what exercises work best for them.
The machine includes three different tension chords, each with different resistances, allowing you to continually increase the difficulty of your workouts. As you gain strength and ability, you can transition from the yellow, beginner, 20-pound resistance band to the green, intermediate, 30-pound band, finally working your way up to the red, advanced, 40-pound band. No matter how much stronger you get through this system, the TOTAL10 machine continues to provide new challenges so you won't outgrow it too quickly.
Rather than just targeting one area of your body each day, this machine makes it easy to strengthen your entire body and work towards your fitness goals. This product can be used on its own or alongside other cardio or strength-building exercises to help you reach your unique objectives.
Start sitting on the mid rollers, leaning all the way back with your hands behind your head and your elbows held wide. To begin working your core, lift all the way up to a seated position and then lay all the way back down. Then, to work on your obliques twist right and then left each time you sit up.
Lay all the way back on the pad with your shoulders laying flat and grab your hand straps. Straighten your arms all the way up and then bend them so your elbows are in line with your shoulders. Then, move on to your triceps by bending your arms so that your hands are behind your head and then straighten them in front of you again. Finally, to work on your biceps, sit all the way up with your arms straight down your sides and bend your arms towards your shoulders.
Now, to target your chest, keep your back flat and arms stretched while you open your arms all the way out to the sides and then bring them back up in front of you. To work your back, stand up, facing the machine with one foot in the foot bar and one hand on the high bar. Grab the hand strap with the other hand and bend your arm, pulling your elbow behind you.
Standing by the machine, velcro the ankle of your outside leg to the leg strap. To work your outer thighs, begin moving your working leg from a vertical standing position directly to the side of your body with your knees and feet facing front. Then, to work your inner thighs, from the same position, pulse your leg in towards the other side of your body. Next, step into the foot roller, and bring your leg to 90 degrees behind you. Begin to alternate between straightening the leg and kicking the heel out.
The weight-loss results of this product will not be the same for everyone. Even when following the reduced-calorie eating plan and regularly doing the cardio workout, you may not lose as much weight as other participants. Oftentimes, other lifestyle choices can still factor into overall weight loss and result in inconsistent results from person to person. However, Total10 does provide the option to try the product for 30 days and then return it if you aren't happy.
TOTAL10 recommends that you consult with a physician before beginning this or any fitness regimen. You should be in a relatively good physical condition before beginning this workout and if you start to feel dizzy or short of breath during it, you should stop immediately.
