Total Core 2 is a fitness apparatus that will help you work your upper, middle and lower abs, your obliques, and your lower back. It allows you to rest your bottom on a seat made of breathable black mesh, and rest your back against sponge while you complete exercises such as crunches and leg raises. Besides offering you a resting place, this machine will make these exercises more comfortable for you to do. You can use it on both carpeted and hard floors, as it'll work just as smoothly and effectively on either. It's small enough to be slid under a desk or into a corner when you're not using it.
When you use Total Core 2, you'll be able to do a variety of exercises, including stomach crunches, that'll work your abdominals and your back without causing you a great deal of pain and strain. Crunches completed on the floor tend to put stress on the back, shoulders, and neck. However, Total Core 2 will eliminate virtually any risk of this type of strain, since it'll lift you off the floor and into a more comfortable seated position. You can remain in this position as you go through four exercises that will work the entire core section of your body, as the machine offers some resistance.
The cost of Total Care 2 is $79.90 plus $11.95 shipping, for a total price of $91.85. This price was obtained from the As Seen on TV commercial page which was taken offline due to Total Care 2 being discontinued. Total Care 2 may still be found for sale on Amazon or Ebay.
As you move your upper body up and down while doing crunches in three different positions, plus leg raises, Total Core 2 will reduce the amount of stress your body experiences on the way up. On the way down, the machine will cushion your back while providing some resistance that'll enable you to work your lower back along with your abs. Total Core 2 is able to do these things due to the physical position a user assumes while using the machine for a workout.
Due to the way it's shaped and the materials that it's made of, your Total Core 2 machine won't easily topple over, regardless of whether it's supporting a user or standing alone. Although its seat is made of mesh, this mesh is strong enough to support most men or women without tearing under their weight.
The back end of each Total Core 2 machine contains a set of silicone wheels, so you can wheel one along any floor, if needed. When you do so, remember to lift up the front of the machine, which lacks wheels, so it won't scrape along the floor.
Every Total Core 2 device has a handle on each side. You can hang onto these with your arms while doing crunches with your arms by your sides, or leg raises. They may also come in handy if you need to lift your entire machine off the ground for any reason.
The resistance that this machine offers while one does their exercises is smooth and fluid. If you continuously undertake the same motion for a particular period of time, it won't offer you inconsistent levels of resistance, nor will it jerk or jiggle you back and forth.
Total Core 2 hasn't been specifically designed for users of either gender, and people of both genders are likely to experience positive results from using it.
With some exercise devices, you may only be able to do one exercise and work one muscle or group of muscles. However, with this one, you can do four different exercises and work your entire core ( back and front ).
Total Core 2 is ideal for use at home. It'll fit comfortably within almost any room, and with it, you can work out in front of your own television, if you choose. You'll no longer need to get a gym membership and transport yourself to the facility. Furthermore, If you work in an office, this machine is compact enough to fit under most desks, so you'll be able to pull it out for a quick workout if you have time between tasks.
By using Total Core 2 regularly, your body will become more toned, which will make some of your measurements decrease. Besides toning your midsection, which you'll be exercising frequently, the workouts you do with the machine may cause you to tone and lose inches from other parts of your body.
WIth each machine, you'll get a Basic Workout DVD that will help you get started, and a Common Sense Meal Plan.
