Perfect Cushion is a seat cushion that will help relieve any lower back or bottom pain that you experience while sitting in virtually any seat. It can be used on hard dining room chairs, uncomfortable office chairs, stiff car seats, outdoor bleachers and almost anywhere else you might need it. This cushion is made of a blend of therapeutic gel and orthopedic foam that will soothe you as you sit, and it has a non-slip surface to prevent you from sliding off your seat, too.
The cost of Perfect Cushion is $19.99 and the shipping is FREE! This price was obtained from the As Seen on TV commercial page found at buyperfectcushion.com; however, the company has since ceased selling Perfect Cushion and has taken down the website. Perfect Cushion may still be found for sale on Amazon or Ebay.
Each Perfect Cushion contains two layers of high-density orthopedic foam—one on the bottom and one on the top. In the middle of each cushion, there's also a layer of therapeutic gel, and each has a fleecy surface. These three design features work together to literally cradle your bottom in comfort. Meanwhile, the small cut-away section will relieve the pressure that's often put on the tailbone as you sit, by keeping it elevated slightly off the seat. Less pressure on the tailbone will generally lead to less lower back or bottom pain and more comfort for you.
Each of these cushions comes in an attractive color combination of blue and white that will look nice in most homes, cars and offices.
If this cushion's white top ( or any other part of its cover ) does get dirty, you'll be able to safely run the cover through your washing machine. That means you won't need to spend time hand-washing it or taking it to the dry cleaner's.
The material used to make each Perfect Cushion is hypoallergenic, so regardless of what you're allergic to, it's unlikely that you'll have any sort of allergic reaction when exposed to it. You also won't need to worry about your cushion aggravating the allergies of others, either.
This cushion is portable, and so lightweight that you'll likely be able to carry it in one hand. Therefore, you'll be able to transport it from room to room and even outside the house without difficulty, and it won't take up a ton of space in the car, either. While you can carry it any way you'd like, it's best to use the built-in blue handle to hold onto it as you do so.
The Perfect Cushion is ideal for long drives, especially if your vehicle's seats are rather hard and / or stiff and don't offer a lot of support. If you have more than one of these cushions on hand, one or more of your passengers may enjoy using them, too.
Some cushions don't fit well in wheelchairs, but you won't have that problem with the Perfect Cushion. Anyone who uses a wheelchair will be able to use this cushion just as effectively as someone who's sitting on a standard chair or bench.
When you have this cushion under your bottom as you work at home or in your office, you'll likely be able to work for longer and accomplish more without experiencing back or bottom pain. You likely won't need to take as many breaks to stretch out or walk around as you would without this type of cushioning.
While you shouldn't dunk this entire cushion in a lake on purpose, it is capable of withstanding a bit of water without losing its effectiveness, so you'll be able to use it on a boat. You may also want to use it by the pool, or while sitting on the beach if you don't want your bottom to get covered in sand. It won't end up damaged if you find yourself outdoors with it in a mild rainstorm, either.
Make sure you do your best not to puncture your Perfect Cushion, as the therapeutic gel within could start to leak out. For this reason, it's best not to let pets with sharp claws sit or lie on one of these. You should also never put any piece of the cushion, besides the cover, in the washing machine.
Standard cushions can provide you with some support while you're sitting on a hard chair, but they tend to slide around, while the Perfect Cushion's bottom has a non-slip grip. Plus, with standard cushions, you won't get as much back support, if any at all.
One might choose to sit on a pillow instead of a standard cushion, since pillows are often thicker and fluffier, but pillows still won't elevate the tailbone and thereby relieve pressure. Furthermore, it may not be considered socially acceptable to bring a pillow into certain places, such as a classroom or a business office.
There are various backrests available that will relieve pressure on your upper and lower back as you sit, but these aren't always connected to seat cushions. Even if they are, the seat cushion and backrest together may not do anything for your tailbone, if there's no cut-away design involved. Backrests can also be much heavier than any cushion or pillow, and can therefore be a pain to carry.
