The Chef Cradle is a rack that will enable you to transfer your roasted food to the dinner table without problems. It'll pick up your food from almost any oven pan, and will hold it tightly in place so it won't slip off as you transport it to your eating area. The device always elevates your food above the pan, so fat will drain into the pan instead of staying with your meal. Due to its non-stick surface and the fact that it's dishwasher safe, the Chef Cradle is not difficult to clean. Once you're done using it, it'll fold up for easy storage until the next use.
Whether you're cooking for a special occasion or are making an ordinary dinner, you can use the Chef Cradle to quickly move a variety of meat dishes from the oven to the table. You won't need to wrestle your roasted meat onto this device as you may need to do with a standard, larger roasting rack. Since the Chef Cradle is smaller than a standard rack, and folds up, it'll take up less space on your shelf or in your drawer than a standard-size cookbook. Plus, your meals will automatically become a lot healthier when you use this apparatus, since it's capable of draining away fat.
The cost of The Chef Cradle is $10.00 plus $7.99 shipping. The special TV offer allows you to receive a second The Chef Cradle by paying an extra fee of $7.99 for a total price of $25.98.
Once your food is lodged within the Chef Cradle, lift the cradle from your oven pan and place it on top of your serving plate.
In order to get your food out of the cradle and onto the plate, you'll need to remove the cradle's locking pin, located in the bottom center of the device.
After you've removed the locking pin, pull the halves of the cradle apart to allow your food to drop gently onto the serving plate.
You may want to cook a whole turkey, chicken or ham for a holiday or another special occasion, but these pieces of meat are often heavy, slippery, and difficult to get to the table. Fortunately, when you use your Chef Cradle, you'll dramatically increase your chances of transporting a large piece of meat without any accidents.
You can also use your Chef Cradle on an ordinary day, to move an ordinary meatloaf from your oven to a plate. The Chef Cradle will tightly grip the meatloaf as you carry it, so it won't be sliding all over the place; therefore, it will be more likely to stay intact.
Individual pieces of meat, such as boneless chicken or hamburgers and veggie burgers, can be loaded into the Chef Cradle when you need to serve them efficiently. Just as you would with a larger piece of meat, you'll simply need to pull the halves of the device apart and each piece of meat will fall onto the intended plate.
Unlike larger roasting racks, which can take up a lot of space in a cabinet or drawer, not to mention your sink or dishwasher, the Chef Cradle is compact. Not only is it a moderate size to begin with, it'll also fold up in seconds. Once folded, it will be no bigger than a cookbook, and will fit onto almost any shelf, or into almost any drawer you choose.
Since the Chef Cradle has a non-stick surface, your food will easily slide off the device and onto your serving plate. You won't end up with tons of meat or dressings stuck to the cradle, as you may if you use a roasting rack without a non-stick surface.
While some larger roasting racks may be too big in comparison to some smaller oven pans, the size of the Chef Cradle is compatible with virtually any oven pan. Therefore, you'll likely be able to lend the device to a friend to use in their own kitchen, if needed.
Each Chef Cradle comes with a recipe book that you can use for inspiration if you run out of ideas for tasty dinner dishes.
If you have a dishwasher, and use the Chef Cradle, you won't have to spend tons of time scrubbing this device. All of its parts are safe to run through the dishwasher, which isn't the case with all roasting racks.
With each Chef Cradle, you'll also get a deluxe carving set that includes a stainless steel carving knife.
