Squatty Potty is an innovative toilet stool that allows people to sit on the toilet the way humans were always meant to sit, which is by squatting. The colon is a tubular organ 3-6 feet long that has a natural kink to allow for continence. People have been sitting on the toilet for hundreds of years and thus experiencing habitual bowel problems; such as constipation, hemorrhoids, colon disease, urinary infections, and pelvic floor problems. With Squatty Potty, the user squats, which lets the colon relax in a sense. This makes for less bowel problems and easier waste elimination.
Squatty Potty rests under the toilet at the bottom of the users feet to naturally place the user into a squatting position every time they use the bathroom. The puborectalis muscle is said to choke the rectum in its natural position. This is what causes a painful strain during bowel movements. Researchers have actually compared this uncomfortable process to attempting to use the bathroom through a kinked garden hose. Thats why its imperative to use Squatty Potty, because it comfortably forces the body to squat, which sets the colon straight and makes it much easier and more relaxing to release waste. This also means sitting on the toilet will be less of a distress in general.
People were squatting to use the bathroom for thousands of years before toilets came along. Now that most of the world uses a standard toilet, more people are having colon issues. The simple fix is by straightening out the colon to dispose of waste properly, quickly, and smoothly. Squatty Potty is comfortable and it fits very conveniently right underneath the toilet. Its actually recommend by doctors because the human body was designed to squat to eliminate waste, not sit down as if in an armchair. Not only will squatting from now on improve the functioning of the colon each time the user goes to the bathroom, but also forever; Squatty Potty has the potential to improve overall colon health.

Squatty Potty with all its hype on Shark Tank is a DUD! Does not work especially with elderly people had to ask for a refund from Amazon, from a supervisor, because they are not returnable, so be very careful, very bulky, gets in the way, should have ZERO STARS. I am a Shark Tank Junkie, a company that should have never got an investment.
