How to Use (Step by Step)

  1. Assembly of the Unit

    The SousVeasy is composed of two pieces - an attachment piece and the main cooking apparatus. In order to assembly to use, clip the attachment piece onto the pot to be used to cook. The cooking apparatus will slide into place using the attachment side.

  2. Prepare to Cook

    Next, fill the pot with water. Place the food to be cooked in a plastic bag and ensure a tight seal. Then put the food into the pot.

  3. Set Temperature and Setting

    The SousVeasy can be set either by setting according to the type of food that will be cooked or manually by adjusting the temperature.

  4. Ready to Eat!

    Once the timer has lapsed, the food is done cooking and ready to serve to eat. Remove the items from the plastic bag and discard the plastic bag and the cooking water. To put away, dismantle the handle and turn off the SousVeasy.

I Like the 4 Buttons

I like the how easy this unit is to use. The 4 buttons makes life easier, I want to try sous vide but I don't know what temp to cook chicken at and I don't need to look anything up with the SousVeasy I just press the chicken button!

All you need to finish the cook is a butane torch. Done.
