Smart Swab is a safer alternative to cleaning your ears. Rather than using the harmful cotton swabs which actually push more wax build up into the back areas of the ear, this design is safe. It is perfect for use on children and adults, naturally removing more wax and not pushing anything back. The tips curves naturally against the cylindrical ear canal and naturally scrap against the interior walls where most of the wax is.
The cost of Smart Swab is $19.99 and the shipping is FREE!
Price is from As Seen on TV Commercial page: smartswaboffer.com

The online special gives you the first handle with sixteen tips for twenty dollars plus free shipping. A second handle with sixteen tips is then included for another ten dollars.
The site uses a “Dr. Adam S. Rosoff” as their official medical representation. However, the only data available on the alleged doctor is a set of medical listings for chiropractors. Even if one of those are this doctor, the field of chiropractic care is not related to ear cleaning. .
When you place your order, you get the handle on top of which the small swabs are placed. For each order, you pay for this handle and for sixteen of the attachable tips which are one time use. They are meant to be thrown out after use, so it stands to reason that you would need to resupply after just two weeks or so of use.
For those who are shipping outside of the mainland United States, another ten dollars is added to the shipping. Anyone who is placing their order in New Jersey or California have to face state sales taxes.
Too much wax or water can impair hearing or cause infections. Yet cleaning with swabs is painful and going to the doctor is expensive. Cotton swabs go too far and cause pain for many users. The majority of ear wax build up and issues arise from people using traditional swabs which push the ear wax deeper into the ear, causing pain and pressure against the ear canal. So with this product, there is a special design to the tips that curves naturally against the cylindrical ear canal. Such curves allow the soft tips to naturally scrap against the interior walls of the canal so that most of the wax that would otherwise be pushed back can be scooped up, essentially. Once it is scooped up, it can be removed easily from the ear canal and the tip replaced.
Stick the tip in your ear.
Twist the handle around until the tip has made a full circle inside of the ear canal. .
Remove the ear wax.
Toss out the used tip and replace it with a clean one.
Most people use cotton swabs or the brand Q-Tips, even though it states on the box not to insert into the ear canal and that doing so can cause injury. These are incredibly cheap and can be used for many other things in addition to ear use. They can be wet down if necessary, and used to remove wax.

I would like a response to my question above or do I just contact the bbb?
How are you responding to my questions / COMMENTS? It says I'll get a response in 24 hours. I see no email from you or a response here when checking back. It would be nice to send me a email.
Hey Charlotte. I placed my order around that same time, possibly even earlier. I got a confirmation email stating that the order had been placed, but I would not be charged until product shipped. I've been waiting and waiting, and waiting, and waiting. Finally yesterday I got something in the mail from them ( about 40 or so days later ) saying that they were on back order, and that my product should expect to ship in another 30 days, but I was given a number to cancel the order if I want. I think I'm going to cancel, because at this rate, it'll be a Christmas gift to myself, Maybe.
Did you order it on www.smartswab.com and get a confirmation email immediately?
