Caution: Disadvantages of Sirena
Purchased this vacuum several months ago, and must admit the vacuum cleans dust and dirt odd carpet and hardwood. Now for the facts, the company does not tell you:
1. Impossible to clean hardwood floors if you have to scatter rugs. The vacuum wraps around the rugs, causing you to stop and start and rearrange.
2. The machine IS NOT lightweight. Approximately 45 pounds with water in the holding chamber.
3. The machine is very clumsy. You tug the machine and the machine bumps into anything/everything. Already broke three antique artifacts valued at over $4000.
4. If the vacuum bumps against furniture, inadvertently you will find nicks and dents.
5. If you live in a 2-story home, it may take over 1 hour just to negotiate the machine from floor to floor due to weight
6. Customer Service sucks. You call to voice your opinion and the operator simply hangs up on your chat, stating only there is nothing they can do about it.
7. If you are over the age of 65. Stay away! If you have heart or arthritis issues. Stay away. The weight of the machine will kill you.
Other than that go ahead and spend nearly $1000. When a good Hoover or Eureka will do the trick. At over half the cost.

Not Worth It
The vacuum seems to do a better than average job; however, the drawbacks far outweigh any positives.
1: For some people, it will be a burden to move around, especially with a multi story home.
2: The hoses do not remain hooked to the unit. They disengage easily.
3: The foot pedal, on the rear of the roller mount, disengages every time I remove the motor assembly, to empty the water reservoir.
Look for better choices!

Purchased mainly because it was much cheaper than a rainbow. Very disappointed. Hose will not stay attached, the cord is short requiring you to move the plug several times just to get one room done, the added fragrance takes way more than recommended and doesn't last, the upholstery brush doesn't work as described. Wish we had spent the extra money on a new rainbow.
