How to Use (Step by Step)

1. Screw Into Light Fixture

   To install your first Sight Bulb, pick a standard or recessed light fixture inside or outside your residence and screw one end of the camera into that fixture as if the camera's a lightbulb. The camera isn't waterproof, so if you screw it into an outdoor light fixture, make sure the fixture is covered. If you have curious children or pets, you should also ensure that any light fixture you attach the camera to indoors is out of their reach.

2. Connect To Home WiFi

   Once your camera is screwed into a light fixture, you'll have to connect it to your home's WiFi internet connection in order to use it as a motion-detecting security camera. If you've installed the camera outdoors and it's too far away from your router, you could have trouble connecting it to the internet. In this case, you'll need to move it indoors or closer to your home.

3. Install App On Smartphone

   To view footage from your newly installed and connected security camera, you'll have to download the Sight Bulb app onto your Apple or Android smartphone. In your camera's instruction manual, you'll find more detailed instructions as to how to access this application. Once you've downloaded the app, you'll be able to view audio-enhanced video footage both horizontally and vertically and ask your app to alert you to certain types of motion, if you'd like.

4. Add Memory Card (optional)
