The Separ-Aide silicone slow cooker strainer gives you all the food you like without the mess. Flexible silicone means you can flex, bend, or curve the edges or the sides after removing it. This makes it simple to pour food into a large bowl without needing a spoon or ladle. Food will not stick to the material. It is dishwasher safe. The silicone from which it is made is high temperature. Lightweight and easy to hold with the two winged side panels, nothing is better.
The cost of Separ-aide is $14.99 plus $7.99 shipping. The special TV offer allows you to receive a second Separ-aide by paying an extra fee of $7.99 for a total price of $30.97.

Lets you strain your slow cooked meals without any extra effort.
Can hold up to six pounds of food.
Easy grip handles for security.
Due to its size and shape, you can store it just as easily as you use it. Place it inside of your crock pot when you are storing the unit.
Normal crock pots or slow cookers get very hot. Even after the food has finished cooking, and you are on the “warm” setting, there is still a risk of the large pot itself being too hot to the touch. Trying to scoop out food is challenging at best because of the excess liquids. What’s more, lifting the bowl out is incredibly heavy. Even strong cooks have trouble trying to hold it high enough and long enough to pour all of the food out. Instead, this unit solves that problem.
The silicone nature of it means you can sit it inside any normal slow cooker and just make food as you normally would. When that food is done, you just lift it up and out, straining the excess liquids as you go.
If you are making something where the juices or liquids are important, such as a soup, stew, or chili that you want to thicken with time, then this adds an extra step. With it, you would need to take out your food using the handle unit and subsequently scoop more of the liquid back into the bowl before cleaning.
Clean up is now a two fold process. Rather than just cleaning the crock pot cooking bowl, you have to clean the bowl and this unit. While some people might be able to stick both in the dishwasher, it still means one more thing to clean.
Be advised that it is a strainer. So while it works really well, if you are taking it out of a freshly made bowl, give it time to strain a bit. Remember that the juices might still be dripping out of the bottom holes, so while you are moving it around your kitchen to transport it into bowls, this might make a small mess.
Silicone is a heat resistant material which, in this case, is built to withstand high heat from the direct contact with the slow cooker. To use it you just place it inside of your pot before you add your food. Add in the ingredients and the food, then cook the food like normal. Weighing just under two pounds, comparably it is much lighter than a ceramic stone pot which can weigh up to ten pounds. Offers more even heat distribution for cooking, rather than the food coming together at the bottom center where the majority of the heat is located.
There is another unit similar to this, with almost the exact same name which had a recent KickStarter campaign to help its funding. The alternative on the market looks exactly the same except that there is a removable insert designed to keep your food lifted the entire time it cooks, far from touching the liquids.
