The Ruggies is used to grip down carpets or rugs so it will remain in place. It sticks to the rug and it has suction pockets on the other side that attaches to the floor. It works on hardwood, tile and even in a linoleum. The carpet or rug will not curl or slide anymore.
The Ruggies infomercial claims that Ruggies can help everyone prevent tripping or sliding over their carpets and rugs. You simply attach it to the sides of your carpet and rugs. One side of the Ruggies is made of polymer that gives it the ability to stick to your carpet easily and the other side has suction pockets that grips on any kind of floor. There is no adhesive or glue. It sticks on the floor without damaging or causing any scratches or scuffs to it. Your carpets and rugs will stay in place and will not slide even on a slippery floor. You can also clean your carpets without removing the Ruggies. It even makes cleaning easier because the carpet will not keep on moving. You can remove it easily and wash it. The Ruggies can be reused and interchanged on any size rug. Its grip will remain strong or not change even after washing.
The cost of Ruggies is $10.00 plus $9.95 shipping. The special TV offer allows you to receive a second Ruggies by paying an extra fee of $0.00 for a total price of $19.95.
This price was obtained from the As Seen on TV commercial page which was taken offline due to Ruggies being discontinued. Ruggies may still be found for sale on Amazon or Ebay.

This product is only good for a hard surface to hard surface sticking. I have a drafting board at a slant and I stick my computer to it with these things it works great! I also stick my I-phone bracket to my dashboard with this stuff.

I have laminate wood flooring throughout my house and purchased two boxes of "Ruggies" rug grippers and placed them on four rugs (runners 5-6 feet each) in my home. What a mistake, I found out quickly that "Ruggies" does NOT work! All four rugs slipped and I almost fell several times over a couple of days of use. After two days, I removed the "Ruggies" and went back to using non-slip rug pads cut to fit. These are a far superior solution to the "Ruggies" rug grippers. I do not recommend "Ruggies" rug grippers and believe they are a gimmick and a total waste of money.

I see they are still available - don't be conned. I'd give these zero stars if that was possible. Pity I didn't look here before buying them.

What is the contact information for warranty returns?
In 2013 I purchased Ruggies rug grippers with a 10 year warranty. I'd like to return them for a refund. They do not work as advertised and guaranteed.

Had Ruggies on my hardwood floor for a couple of years with an area rug. When I lifted the rug for cleaning, the Ruggies have left a residue on the floor that I can't remove--can anyone help with this?

Found my own answer--seems no one else has had this experience. Anyway, in desperation, I used a product called Goof Off, there still is a faint shadow that I will try for removal again later.
Where can I find the mdsd for this product. I need to find out what this product is made of.

They are made of a synthetic polymer, which usually is as safe as Legos or a plastic shower curtain, and inert at room temperature. I'm not sure about the glue on the self sticking helper-pads. Use gloves during installation if your worried about irritation. I did not notice any strong "off-gassing" ( smell ) when opening or using this product.
Terrible product does not stick to rugs used the extra sticker stuff and cannot get it off my new carpet

The part which adheres to the floor holds weak and the part with the adhesive does not stick to different kind of rugs. Even using a clue(kind of caulking)on the rug solves the coming loose only partially. Change the adhesive make the floor part stronger and you may get a product worth to sell. The idea is good but the product miserable

This is the worst product rip-off I have ever seen. The only thing that "Ruggies" stick to is the floor. I even bought the additional super stickers and they won't adhere to any of the rugs I have. All these rave reviews that I've seen must have been submitted by the manufacturer's marketing group. I would. Not recommend anyone buying this product.

This was the worst site I had ever gone on. I wanted one set and the "free" one, so said I wanted two. Then when I was charged for 4, there was no way to go back and change it. There was no phone number to call, and customer service never answered my e-mail. The product arrived and I tired it on two different type rugs, and floors and neither sticks. And there was no receipt in the package, so again NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL !!!!!!
