The Row Shaper is an at-home fitness device that's been engineered to mimic the motion of rowing a boat on a lake or a river. It's stated that by sitting down on this machine, strapping your feet in, and engaging in this motion, you'll work out more than 80 percent of your body's muscles. Each machine has padding that's been included to reduce the amount of impact you'll feel in your knees or elbows as you push and pull yourself back and forth.
The cost of Row Shaper is $249.99 and the shipping is FREE!

Once you're in possession of a Row Shaper machine, you'll have to fold it out and place it on a flat surface. This can be an indoor or outdoor surface. Just make sure the seat is facing upward so you can place your bottom down on it. If it's not, the machine will need to be flipped over.
After your machine is sitting firmly on a flat surface, test out its height level by sitting your bottom down on the seat. The machine offers three height levels, so if you think you'd like your bottom more elevated or closer to the ground, you can consult your instruction manual to explore adjusting the level.
When you've chosen a height level that suits you, and have made the necessary adjustments, you can then sit down on the machine's seat and strap your feet into the footrests. The Velcro straps on the footrests will keep your feet firmly in place as you exercise so they won't be wobbling around and decreasing the safety or effectiveness of the movement.
With your feet securely strapped in, grab onto the handles of the machine and use your feet to push yourself backward. The backrest will stop you from sliding all the way off the machine, and then the machine will automatically propel you forward again. With each push of your feet, this motion will be repeated. If you'd like to change the intensity level to make your workout more or less challenging, you'll have to temporarily unstrap your feet, dismount the machine and use the appropriate dial to choose a level. There are 36 in total available.
You can row on your machine for as long as you feel comfortable doing so, but to see results within two weeks, you should be aiming for at least 20 minutes of work a day. When you're done rowing, you can either leave your machine where it is or fold it up and store it against a wall or under a piece of furniture.
Each Row Shaper has a battery-powered digital display that'll show you things like how much time has passed, how many calories you've burned, and what your heart rate is. With that, you'll be able to keep track of your results as you exercise, and also ensure your heart rate remains in a safe zone. Keep in mind that for the digital display to sense your heart rate correctly, you'll need to keep your hands on your machine's handles.
The Row Shaper contains three types of ergonomic padding. Each machine's footrests are padded in order to help reduce the amount of impact your knees receive as you row. Similarly, the padding on each machine's handles will help keep the impact on your elbows low. There's also a padded backrest on each machine that you can rest your back against whenever you need to take a break.
Since it has 36 built-in intensity levels, this rowing machine is suitable for people of a wide variety of fitness levels. When you desire to, you'll be able to adjust the intensity level quickly with a turn of the appropriate dial, which you'll find near the footrest on one side of the machine. If you're a beginner, it's best to start with a lower intensity level and then turn the dial up from there as you become fitter. Adjusting the height level by raising your seat can also make your workout a little bit harder.
If you use it on a regular basis, the Row Shaper will tone almost every muscle in your body, including your abdominals, which will likely lead to a loss of inches all over the body. Since you'll burn up to 600 calories an hour while you're working out with this machine, this will likely lead to a loss of pounds for you, too. When you're carrying around fewer excess inches and pounds, it's highly probable that you'll look better, feel better and gain the ability to fit into smaller clothes.
Often, it's recommended that people who are suffering from injuries or other types of pain in their muscles or joints avoid high-impact exercise, like running or jumping. Fortunately, if you're someone who experiences pain, the repeated exercise you'll complete on this machine will be considered low-impact. Instead of pounding your knees or feet into the ground, you'll be gliding smoothly back and forth without jarring your joints.
People who hate the gym, are embarrassed to go there, or don't want to travel to exercise may be more pleased with using the Row Shaper at home. If you have a backyard or porch that will accommodate it, you'll even be able to use this machine outside. Since you'll be working out in the comfort of your chosen room, you'll be able to wear whatever clothing you want and listen to or watch whatever you want as you do so.
After you start using your Row Shaper, you likely won't notice that you look or feel significantly different the next day. In fact, you probably won't notice any significant results until you've been using the machine for 20 minutes a day, for about two weeks. The effects of the machine will be more permanent than the effects of Shapewear garments, but if you want to look thinner within days, you might be better off using those along with your exercise.
One of the most important things to do before starting to use this machine is to make sure you're wearing proper footwear. You should be wearing some type of athletic shoe, as opposed to heels, boots, slippers, bare feet, or socks. If you were to wear a non-athletic pair of shoes or no shoes, your feet might end up slipping out of the straps of the footrest, which could interfere with the safety of your workout. Wearing athletic shoes will also allow you to push harder against the footrests and get a more effective workout than you would otherwise.
