Cathy Mitchell is allegedly a cookware expert and this pan she claims to be “hers”, by design. Known by many as the face of the as seen on tv goods throughout the United States, she hosted a television show for many years. During this time she supported as seen on tv cookware products in addition to infomercials for these products. Her specialty focus is on larger pans and cookware sets which allow you more space in which to prepare all of your foods.
She has also published a handful of dump dinner recipes and other cookbooks to coincide with the cookware she is endorsing. This particular case is no different, as she provides customers with a cookbook of dinner and dessert recipes with each order.
Red Copper Square is a square pan made with new technology that ensures non-stick surfaces. It is constructed out of copper and ceramic.
The square design purportedly has double the cooking space with a design that is quite nice. Most foods that are prepared on the stove top fit better when square spaces are used. Preparing French toast, for example, can be better done in a square pan where four pieces of standard toast fit side by side. Such a design is also better for fitting more food items like bacon, whose strips are always difficult to align in a circular pan. .
The high sides allow for more expansive cooking options. You can use this pan to make two bread loaves side by side, without having to invest in a separate bread pan. What’s more, you can make incredibly thick lasagna.
With the order customers get a free frying basket. Frying is made easier with the deep sides to this dish, allowing users to easily fry thicker foods evenly, like fish and chips or fried chicken. Higher sides give even cooking and prevent splashes around the stove top.
Moreover, the frying basket doubles as a colander. This allows users to place the basket into the cookware, boil the water and cook the pasta. When it is time for the pasta to be done, the tray is removed, leaving all of the water behind in the dish and the pasta dry and ready to eat.
You can reduce the clutter in your cabinets that comes from buying multiple pots and pans for all of your cooking needs. With this one pan, you can do away with many of the existing components in your home.
There is a lifetime guarantee for the unit. Should it fail at any point, the company purports that it will replace it for free.
When you order from their website you get the pan with the special tempered glass lid, in addition to the steamer rack and the frying basket. They also throw in a recipe book. All of this is included in the single price of sixty dollars without any shipping charges. For those in mainland United States, there is no shipping at all and no hidden costs for these extra things.
This offer is not yet available in stores which means you have to buy it on their website using the deals they have at any given time. As such, this also means you have to deal with any additional taxes for your state. Unfortunately if you have to place your order outside of the mainland United States they charge you another ten dollars. If you order from California or New Jersey you face sales taxes.
Like similar copper pans, the design heats up evenly and quickly across the bottom of the pan so that cooking wait time beforehand is limited. Using the same technology, the time it takes to cool down after cooking is also reduced. Everything can be placed into one pan or cooked all at once too. Meats can be browned and milks or sauces added later with pasta.
The design is infused with one hundred percent copper which is guaranteed to never scratch no matter what types of utensils you are using on it. Built with anti scratch technology, users can use electric beaters to mix foods or beat eggs right in the pan, thus limiting the prep work required to prepare foods. Rather than put the eggs in a separate bowl to beat them before putting the scramble in the pan, you can do it all right in the pan.
The bottom is designed with aluminum rings which are rings in shape, so they don’t reach the full length or width of the pan. However, they are there to provide even heating across the bottom and therefore alleviate any hot spots. This is what gives food an even cooking.
Copper Chef Pan in addition to many other square copper pan designs are viable alternatives, with similar features, price points, and pros. However, this design is the only one where you get all of the additional components like the frying basket.
When you want to fry, you place it on the stovetop and heat it up. With the non stick technology the company claims there is no need to use oils or butter before you fry. The high sides will keep anything from spraying or bubbling out. Should you want to bake something or prepare it in the oven, you just place the foods inside and put it in the oven for however long you need.

Is there a receipe book we can buy? Ads all show several ways to cook in it, but not how to put it together so it is edible. Hard to rate it without uses. The dump receipes might work.
