How to Use (Step by Step)

  1. Place Pillow Behind You

This step isn't absolutely necessary, but for the best results possible, it's a good idea to place an ordinary pillow behind you before you start using your Pressure Point Massager. You'll be able to use the device while sitting normally or lying flat, so whatever your preference is, position your pillow accordingly.

  2. Wrap Device Around Neck

Next, wrap your massaging device around the back of your neck so that it comes in direct contact with the nape. If it's positioned correctly, the device should look like an upside-down triangle pointing towards your lower back. In the event that it looks like an ordinary triangle, that means it's upside-down and you'll need to flip it.

  3. Rest Body Against Pillow

With your massaging device wrapped around your neck, rest the device against the pillow you prepared earlier. As your neck and shoulders rest against the device, the pillow can serve as a place for your head to rest. To notice a difference in how you feel, you'll need to remain in this position for at least a few minutes so the device can do its work. You can use the device for up to hours at a time, though, if you'd like. Meanwhile, your legs can be resting in any position that you find comfortable.

  4. Remove Device

When you're done using your Pressure Point Massager, remove it from behind you and store it in a cool, dry place until you'd like to use it again. It's acceptable to use it multiple times a day, although sticking to one session per day can also offer a user positive results.

  • Portable

Although this device is triangular in shape, each one is about the same size as a Frisbee, so you'll be able to transport yours almost anywhere. Aside from using it at home, you may want to use it while you're sitting down at work, or even while you're driving. If you're away at a hotel, and you're finding the bed uncomfortable, the device may be able to bring you some relief.

  • Flexible

Instead of being rock-hard, this portable massager is fairly flexible, so when you place your neck on it, it'll spread out a bit to suit your body shape. If you lend your device to someone else, the same thing will happen, so they'll be able to have a customized experience with it, too.

  • One Size Fits All

The single size that the Pressure Point Massager comes in has been designed to fit any adult. Therefore, all adults in a household sharing one of these devices is an option. However, if you're worried about germs, it's best to wipe down the device with soap and water before you pass it along to someone else.

  • Sets of One or Two

On a related note, you'll have the option of getting one Pressure Point Massager at once or a set of two. Getting a set of two may be a good idea if you and your partner both experience back, neck, or shoulder tension each day, or if you'd like to leave one device at work. You could also leave one of your two massagers in your vehicle and use it only while you're driving.

  • Blue

Every one of these massaging devices comes in a shade of bright blue, which tends to be a soothing color—especially in contrast to red, which may provoke more strong emotions. Just seeing this particular shade of blue may help you begin to calm down, even before you start using your device for massaging purposes.

Positive Points

  • Eases Knots

Regardless of what you do during the day, you might come home with knots in your back, neck, or shoulders, especially if you're not super-young anymore. Even if you are, there's a fairly new condition called "text neck" during which a person's neck slumps forward while they look at their phone for hours, which can cause knots to form. Fortunately, the ridges on your Pressure Point Massager will help relax your knotted muscles in the way that your own hands may not be able to.

  • Just Minutes a Day Needed

If you go to a massage therapist due to your achy muscles, you may have to lie there for an hour at a time while the therapist soothes them. On the other hand, it's typical to see results after using the Pressure Point Massager for just a few minutes a day. While you may not see these results after the first day, they'll likely become obvious after a few days of use. This is an ideal device for incredibly busy people who may only have a few minutes a day to spend on self-care.

  • May Increase Productivity

After a few days of using this massaging device, you may notice that as your back, neck, and shoulders start to feel better, you'll automatically become more productive. Physical laborers might notice more of a difference, but even desk workers or stay-at-home parents may notice that their level of fatigue has decreased. If you're active in the professional world, this sort of increase in energy could bring you new opportunities.

Negative Points

  • Won't Soothe Lower Body

The Pressure Point Massager is a wonderful device for those people who are experiencing pain in just their uppermost body parts. If most of your pain or stiffness lies in your lower body, though, this type of cushion may not help you at all. Similarly, if you're a person who experiences muscular pain and tension all over the body, you'll need some kind of additional treatment for the lower regions.

Save Money

To use some at-home massaging devices, it's necessary to obtain sets of batteries on a regular basis or plug them into electricity, and the latter could cause your electricity bill to skyrocket. However, the Pressure Point Massager requires neither batteries nor electricity to function, as all its results will be delivered by the device's design itself.

  • Do Not Heat Device

Heat can help relieve muscular aches and pains, but you should never heat your Pressure Point Massager since this could cause it to melt. If you'd like to incorporate heat into your pain relief treatment, it may be a good idea to use the massager first and then use a hot pad for a few minutes (or vice versa).
