Once your elliptical is sitting on a flat surface, and you've turned it so that the display panel is facing you, you can plug it into electricity and turn it on. To turn it on, you'll be able to use the power button on the display panel, or the equivalent button on the included hand-held remote control. You'll also be able to control other settings with the panel or the remote, such as your pedaling direction and speed—for specific assistance with any of the buttons, consult your instruction manual.
After ensuring that you're wearing comfortable athletic footwear, place your feet on the elliptical's slip-resistant pedals and begin to pedal forwards or backward. As you do so, you'll notice that the machine's display panel will track the time that's passed, the distance you've covered, your speed, and the number of calories you've burned. The Cubii Jr is a well-built sturdy piece of equipment. Being indoors due to covid this equipment is a lifesaver. With no gym and a small apartment, this takes up so little space. Workouts you can access on the web site are engaging, fun, and challenging. This is the only workout ever I have done daily. Have back and hip issues so at times walking is even difficult Cubii does not flare these problems up.
