How to Use (Step by Step)

  1. Choose Location for Device

Before you use your PowerFit Elite, you'll need to choose a flat surface for the workout device, such as a hardwood floor, a carpeted floor or even a piece of pavement outside your home. Keep in mind that there must be an electrical outlet nearby for you to plug the platform into, though. When you set your device down, its small black feet must be touching the surface you've chosen and the gray standing platform must be facing upward.

  2. Plug in the Machine

Next, plug your machine into an available electrical outlet by using the 70-inch power cord.

  3. Mount Machine

Once your PowerFit Elite is plugged in, you'll be able to mount it. Before you do, however, make sure there are suitable batteries in your remote control, as you'll need the remote to control your platform as you use it. Use one foot at once to step onto the platform and turn it on by using the power button on your remote control. Take a few seconds to get used to the vibrations that the device will create within your body.

  4. Select Workout Level

When you're used to your platform's vibrations, use your remote control to select a workout level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced) and a vibrational frequency (between one and 99). If you're not sure which level or frequency to choose, start at the lowest one available and work your way up from there.

  5. Attach Bands (optional)

After you've gotten into your workout, you may want to temporarily stop and attach the included resistance bands, in order to make your routine harder on your arms. This is completely optional, though, and you must make sure you turn off your device and leave it turned off while you're attaching the bands to the front of the platform.

  6. Stop and Store

Once you've worked out for as long as you want to, use your remote control to turn off your platform. Unplug the device and store it away in a place of your choice, such as under your sofa.

  • Works Entire Body

While some at-home workout devices will only offer you the opportunity to work certain parts of your body, such as your abdominals or legs, this device will enable you to work the whole thing. As soon as you mount it, the platform's multi-directional vibrations will jiggle your legs, core, and bottom, causing them to constantly fight for balance and stability. Meanwhile, if you feel like you're not feeling enough vibration in your arms, you can add the resistance bands and do curls, pulls and other exercises you'll find in the included workout guide with them.

  • Three Standing Positions

When you mount your PowerFit Elite, you'll have three standing positions to choose from. If you place your legs as close together as possible, that'll mimic walking, while placing them shoulder-width apart will mimic jogging. Finally, to mimic running, you'll be able to place them as far apart as possible without stepping off your platform. As you get used to the platform, you'll also be able to use your hands or elbows to balance on it, as opposed to just your feet.

  • Quiet

Some fitness devices, including ones that are commonly found in large gyms, can make loud whirring noises as you use them. The PowerFit Elite is virtually silent as it operates, though, so it'll be unlikely to disturb you or anyone else around you (including your pets). Furthermore, due to the machine's quiet nature, you likely won't have difficulty hearing any audio you're listening to as you're using it.

  • Compact

Compared to larger fitness devices, such as exercise bikes, treadmills, and ellipticals, this one can be considered very compact. The platform is no more than a couple of feet wide and stands no higher than a few inches, so you'll be able to store it under almost any piece of furniture when necessary. What's more, even though it's so compact in nature, that doesn't mean it's flimsy or fragile. It'll actually support up to 265 pounds of weight.

Positive Points

  • No Gym Required

To use your PowerFit Elite, you won't have to take the time to travel to the gym and change into workout clothes. Instead, you'll be able to hop onto the platform for as long as you'd like to in between tasks at home, even if you only have a few spare minutes. If no one's around, you may even choose to wear pajamas for your workout, especially if you've just gotten up or are planning on heading to bed soon after.

  • Promotes Calorie Burning

This workout machine will help you burn extra calories when you use it for as little as 30 minutes a week (but you can use it for much longer if you'd like). If you follow the healthy eating plan that comes with each machine, you'll likely notice even more of a difference in how you look after a few weeks. As most people realize, fat loss is mainly based on the number of calories you consume and the number you burn, so the more you burn, the more weight or inches you should lose.

  • Low-Impact Workout

Regardless of which workout level you choose when you mount your PowerFit Elite, the workout you'll get will be a low-impact one. That means your joints won't be pounding against any hard surface as you exercise, as they likely would be if you were to take up an activity like running or jogging. Therefore, people with knee or hip problems will likely find using this machine more pleasant and comfortable than those alternatives.

  • Not for Pregnant Individuals

While this machine is suitable for almost all adult men and women, it's recommended that you take a break from using it if you're pregnant. Along the same lines, you should consult a doctor before starting to use this machine if you have a chronic medical condition or you've recently had surgery.

Save Money

If you spend cash on a gym membership each month, and also burn up a lot of gas driving there, you can be more frugal by using a machine like the PowerFit Elite at home. Using it will add a bit of an expense to your electricity bill, but this likely won't equal the amount of cash you'd put out for gym and transportation fees.

Bought It

Got one on eBay for $99. Works just as advertised. Using the Jogging and the bands for bicep curls 3x per wk with one other exercise for legs on the other 3 days. Nothing on Sunday. So far it feels like it's working. Will know better in a month.

I ordered the exercise machine several days ago and paid for 14 days trial. However, you have charged my credit card Two other payments within this week? Why did this happen? I have tried several times to call you but get only a busy signal. I want to cancel my order and do not charge my credit card again. Seems like you are running some kind of scam! My address is 726 Quetzal St Corpus Christi, HTx 78418.
