Motor Up Power Foam is a system that's been created to help users clean and protect a wide variety of vehicles, such as cars, trucks, SUVs, boats, and RVs. With each system, you'll receive a container with a nozzle that'll attach to a garden hose and a package of Power Foam powder that's been infused with ceramic crystals. The idea behind the crystals is that after you wash your car with a mix of foam and water, they'll leave behind a protective, glossy coating.

How to Use (Step by Step)

  1. Connect Container to Hose

To get started with your Motor Up Power Foam system, connect the included container, which is about the size of an athlete's water bottle, to a working garden hose. If it's not immediately apparent, you must connect it with the blue handle that's opposite the container's nozzle, instead of connecting it to the nozzle itself.

  2. Add Power Foam Powder

Next, detach the container from its lid, which includes its nozzle and handle, and fill the container with the included four-ounce packet of powder foam. If you want to save some powder for later, one packet will provide you with enough to clean and protect four vehicles, so you can use as little as a quarter of the package. Just be sure to store away any powder that's left in the package in a cool, dry space that's out of the reach of children or pets.

  3. Replace Lid and Turn on Water

After you've added the appropriate powder to your container, put the lid back on tightly and then turn on your source of water (the connected garden hose). As water flows through the hose and reaches the container's nozzle, the cannon-shaped nozzle will cause the crystals and the water to combine in seconds. Once combined, they'll turn into a thick foam that you can spray all over the exterior of your car in order to clean it.

  4. Rinse Foam Off Vehicle

Eventually, once you've used all the previously added powder in your container, plain water will start coming out of its nozzle. This means it'll be time to rinse all the foam off your car so you can see its entire exterior again. Even after rinsing, the ceramic crystals from the powder will remain as a shiny, protective coating covering every part of the exterior that was sprayed with foam.

  5. Wipe Vehicle Dry

For optimum results, after you rinse your vehicle, grab a soft cloth and then wipe it dry before you take it out on the road (or on the water, if it's a boat) again.

How It Works

As the foam coming out of your Motor Up Power Foam container's nozzle hits a particular vehicle, it'll grab onto any dirt that's on its exterior surface and lift it away. This is the main job of the crystals-and-water mix that the system will create, but as alluded to above, the crystals will also come together and convert themselves into a slick, glasslike coating. Once you leave home in your vehicle again, this coating will quickly repel things like dirt, debris, rocks, and even fire that might affect the condition of your vehicle. That way, your vehicle will be safe from incurring exterior damage and simply looking unattractive due to uncleanliness.

  • Portable System

Minus the garden hose, each piece of this car-cleaning system is highly portable. Each bag of powder is smaller than a sandwich, and each container isn't much larger than that. As a result, you'll be able to bring this system anywhere and use it to clean and shine up any vehicle, as long as there's a garden hose available for you to connect it to.

  • Can Use on Various Vehicles

When using this system, you won't be restricted to using it on vehicles of a certain brand or type, or even exclusively on automobiles for the road. It'll be just as effective when you need to clean any sort of boat as it is when you need to do the same to a car, truck, SUV, van, or RV. If you own four vehicles, you may want to clean all of them, one after another, since each Power Foam powder bag will give you enough powder for that task.

Positive Points

  • Good for Rural Drivers

Highways and city roads can cause a vehicle to gather some dirt or dust, but country roads are especially bad for causing dirt, dust, mud, sticks, leaves, and more to accumulate on a vehicle. Fortunately, if you're a person who lives on a country road or drives on one frequently, you'll be able to use the Motor Up Power Foam system to help keep your vehicle clean. Once you've treated the vehicle once with the system's ceramic crystals, all forms of dirt that it comes in contact with should fall off in seconds.

  • Makes Vehicles Look Newer

No matter what vehicle you're treating with this cleaning system, this type of treatment will likely make your vehicle look like it's newer than it is. Its protective ceramic coating created by the system's crystals will make it much shinier than it would be otherwise, and a shiny appearance is often associated with newness. Furthermore, even if your vehicle contains some scratches, this protective coating will help stop it from picking up any more of those. You might even end up holding off on a purchase of a new vehicle since your old one looks so good!

Negative Points

  • Must Use Power Foam Powder

Only the included Power Foam powder contains the ceramic crystals required to create the aforementioned protective coating. If you were to try and substitute some sort of soap for this powder, the whole cleaning system wouldn't have the desired effect. Your car might come clean just as nicely, but there would be no protective coating in place to keep it that way. Unfortunately, however, it may be hard for you to get your hands on extra packages of Power Foam without obtaining an entirely new cleaning system.

  • No Cloth Included

The final step in using the Motor Up Power Foam system is wiping each vehicle that was treated dry with a cloth, but no cloth has been included with the system. That means you'll have to carefully and independently select a cloth that's soft and gentle enough on surfaces to refrain from scratching or otherwise damaging your vehicles.

Save Money

If you feel you can't wash your vehicles effectively with a sponge and bucket, or this task is too physically hard on you, you've probably lined up more than once at a professional car wash. Once you've got a Motor Up Power Foam system in your possession, though, you probably won't need to open your wallet for that service. The system will instead give you a great deal of help with effectively (and comfortably) cleaning your vehicles at home.
