How to Use (Step by Step)

1. Adjust Cane

   Before you can use your Posture Cane, you'll have to adjust it to the right height. There are 12 different heights to choose from, so most adults will be able to find a height that suits them perfectly. In order to select a height, slide the long vertical pole of the cane up and down to shift between the 12 different settings. When you've picked the correct setting, the handle of your cane will be resting at about the same level as your waist.

2. Hang Onto Handle

   Next, hang onto your cane's handle with one hand. You'll notice that while most walking canes have a handle shaped like an upside-down "J, " this one has a special Campbell handle that's shaped more like a zigzag. This is what will enable the cane to support your weight and allow you to walk more upright than you'd be able to with most other canes.

3. Walk Comfortably
