Each pair of Ortho Inserts will support all four arches of either foot, increasing your comfort level and reducing or even eliminating pain, including heel pain caused by Plantar Fasciitis. With your entire foot firmly supported, you won't be as tempted to shift your weight to the ball of the foot, which can also cause you pain over time. Being the lowest part of your body, your feet will affect your posture, so having your weight evenly distributed over each will result in the development of a straighter, more ideal stance.
