A temperature probe is included with the oven to ensure your foods are cooked to the perfect temperature! It is precise and increases/decreases in one-degree increments, making sure your meals are never under or over cooked! To use the temperature probe, just set the desired internal temperature, place it in your food, and the oven will automatically shut off once it has reached the temperature that you have selected.
The start of your programmed cooking functions can be delayed up to 24 hours so you can ensure your meal is done right on time! There is no more need to reheat cold food or have everyone waiting for dinner to be done.
This oven features two heating elements; one on top and one on the bottom of the unit. You can broil your food using the top element, bake using the bottom element, or roast using both of them!
You can choose to pay for your Nuwave Bravo Xl with one payment, or have the total split up into three easy payments! This is an excellent option so that families of all budgets can enjoy this oven.
There are multiple ways that you can sear your foods at 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Sear 1 setting will allow you to sear your food before cooking, while the Sear 2 setting does it after your food is done. Depending on what your meal is, you'll be able to customize the sear to your needs.
The Nuwave Bravo Xl Smart Oven cooks away the fats and oils from your meals while keeping the essential vitamins and nutrients that are normally cooked out when using a regular convection oven. This saves you calories and fat so you can eat more of the foods you love!
For a limited time, you can receive the PIC Flex induction element and 9" Duralon non-stick pan. All you have to pay is a separate processing and handling fee for each item.
Your Nuwave Bravo Xl comes with 12 pre-programmed menu options for your convenience. These presets include:
- Air Fry
- Broil
- Reheat
- Frozen
- Waffle
- Grill
- Bake
- Roast
- Toast
- Pizza
- Bagel
You can choose to use those specialized presets to cook your meals or customize the settings to your needs! There is also a "warm" button that allows you to keep your meal warming in the oven for up to 1 hour after it is done cooking.
You can program your unit to use up to five different cooking stages, so you don’t need to manually adjust the temperature while it's cooking. For example, you can set your Nuwave Bravo Xl to cook at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes, then have it reduce to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for the remainder of the cooking time. This way you're getting a nice sear on your food without worrying about it burning, and the oven is doing all the work for you!
While cooking foods that release excess grease and oil, this may collect in the crumb tray or bottom element and begin to smoke. This shouldn't harm the unit itself, but can be unsightly and fill your home with an unwanted burning oil smell.
The Nuwave Bravo Xl Smart Oven works by using convection heating technology that moves the air around the food for faster cooking! This hot air ensures that most of the fats and oils drip off your food, leaving you with a meal that is lower in calories and fat, while still. Retaining the more nutritious, flavorful natural juices.
Here are a few tips to make cleaning your unit safer and easier:
- cool your NuWave Bravo XL completely before cleaning
- always unplug the unit before cleaning it
- do not use steel wool, harsh abrasives, or corrosive cleaners
- apply your cleaning agents to a cloth or towel instead of directly onto the unit
- never place the oven underwater or in the dishwasher.
1) To clean the unit, first start with the racks, pans, and basket. Submerse them in hot water and use a non-abrasive sponge with mild dish detergent. You may place these pieces in the top rack of the dishwasher for even easier cleaning!
2) The oven can be wiped clean on the inside and outside using a damp dishcloth. Make sure you dry the unit thoroughly afterward, and glass cleaner can be used for the window on the inside and outside.
3) Quick cleaning of the crumb tray can be done by removing the side out tray and discarding the crumbs. You may also wipe it clean with a damp cloth if needed. For baked-on grease, soak the tray in hot, soapy water and wipe it using a non-abrasive sponge or place it in the top rack of the dishwasher.
This compact unit will save you a lot of money on your monthly energy bill. You don't need to preheat a large oven for a long amount of time, and your food will cook faster than ever. Using less energy!

In April we ordered. 2 nuwave bravos, one as a gift and the for ourselves because my husband could not live without one. Weeks went by with no ovens. Upon calling I was told there was some confusion about our addresses and no one took the initiative to clarify so the order was canceled. The order was put through again. Ups did deliver this one. I was not out in receiving the order so I was unaware he took one to the garage he would have a replacement within minutes if he broke down. Still believing we receive one I called to discuss the matter and I need to say I apologize to your rep. Don't know her name but I am sure she remembers me Find her and tell her I will recommend it.
To everyone I know.

Can't reset the clock after a power blip. But to be honest, don't waste your money. This is a rip off pure and simple. They will suck you intake your money and no way of getting it back unless you want to pay 175.00 for return shipping. Unless you enjoy being frustrated just use your own oven because the nuwave is an xl a giant xl pain in your neck. And a giant xl pain in your wallet. They don't give a damn about their customers except when they are taking your money then you ain't shit to these people!

The door hinge broke several calls couldn’t get through. Finally, get through via email and sent me another. I got the new one and doing exactly what the manual says, the clock setting does not work. I loved it in beginning but finding it frustrating to be on the second one with issues and can't get through to the company, by emails or calls. Love the probe cooking but finding the frustration so irritating I don’t even want to use it now. I’m disappointed.

I have had this oven a week. I can’t figure-out how to turn it on. I can’t tell when it is on or off without looking at the elements. There is no on or off the light.
I called and emailed customer support, but was not able to reach anyone.
I haven’t been able to toast bread, heat up a pizza, or bake a potato.
You to press a bunch of buttons, and turn all sorts of dials to get it to do anything.
The buttons are labeled in a confusing way. You have to remember that the button descriptions are below each button, not above each button.
There are no good YouTube videos that show how to use it.
My IQ is 142, but still not good enough to figure-out how to use it.

Do not purchase from this manufacturer they will put you in backorder, never give a date, issue you a loan to pay for, or if you pay in full no product. The sales line is opened late ( selling more backorder products) customer service opens and closes before the average person is off from work. They will not answer your email requests. BUYER BEWARE.

I purchased the bravo xl oven directly from the Nuwave website about 2 months ago. After using it several times to cook chicken thighs, it actually took around the same time to cook as using a regular oven. And the preset bake times are shown on the start guide we're not accurate and took longer to cook. Due to these reasons I sent an email last week requesting a refund. The website offers a 90 days money back guarantee. But I noticed they have been much slower to respond. When I first ordered it and sent an email requesting the tracking info, they we're able to respond very fast on the "same day". However, now that I've requested the refund, it's been almost a week and still no response from them. Nothing from them in my spam folder either. I've sent a 2nd email about it on Monday, and I don't understand why there is still no response from their customer service. I can only assume they are reluctant to honor their 90 days money back guarantee.

I've had mine for a couple of months now and absolutely love it. I use it pretty much every day. It does take a little time to discover how to fine-tune it, with temp. Intensity, and time. Whoever wrote the cooking guide that comes with it really messed up the temps. Go with what an actual meat thermometer says. Toast comes out perfect in the #2 rack position with the toast preset. 5 minutes seems long to wait for toast, but it's worth it. And the probe cooking is really cool and spot on.

The purchase process sorta ends up being like a "but wait - here's how we are going to stick it to you next!" and the $180 oven turns out being at least $210 once you pay the shipping on the "FREE?" gift.
I refused my FREE gift but got sucked in by the extended warranty and some silicone crap for $75 so I'm in for over $250 for my $180 oven.
I will grin and bear it if it is a quality product OR they will have a tiger by the tail.

I have tried to make toast - simple toast. The feature button says 310 degrees for 3 minutes with fan at speed 3. At the end the bread is dried out, but not toasted. I have tried increasing the temp and shutting off the fan - that seems to help a little, but still the bread is not really toasted at the end of 3 mins. Do I need to "preheat" to make toast? - any suggestions?

Purchased this at Kohl's November 2018. Our 12 year toaster oven died a few days before Thanksgiving. We did not have funds to replace it but needed something. We were at Kohl's and saw this on sale, with all of our coupons, we paid under $80. This oven would cover us for a few months. We tried to find it on-line before we used it, but there was nothing. We thought about returning it but decided to take a chance that turned into a great choice. It does exactly what it says it does. My big oven has not been used since 11/2018. A few months ago, we saw the TV presentation and we have been using it even more. The temperature probe is awesome. I'm going to try to find the pizza accessaries for this mighty machine. We also have the Brio Air Fryer which we received as a gift.

I purchased this oven when I realized that it is a compact convection oven, that has been adapted to take the place of other appliances. I have full-size convection, but being single & having a small galley kitchen; my kitchen got too hot, so I found myself purchasing other appliances to replace it. I had a toaster, pressure cooker, air fryer, indoor smokeless grill and electric roaster. Since getting this product I have gotten rid of everything, with exception to pressure cooker & electric roaster (I used my roaster 4 times a year to cook Turkey). What can I say: my kitchen has been freed up and I find myself using this oven 2-3 times a day. What I love is the size, it heats up quickly and does exactly what it's supposed to do! I'm lucky bc I'm used to a convection oven. What ppl need to understand is that it cooks a lot faster than standard ovens bc of the fans circulating the air. The hardest part of this oven is figuring out where the racks should be placed to get the desired result. I've had it for a week & I've cooked hamburgers, roasted chicken, roasted veggies, baby back ribs, grilled cheese, blueberry strudel coffee cake, and heated up a bunch of frozen items for my bird. I haven't had any problems. Tomorrow I'm going to dehydrate fruit and try the recipe for candied bacon. If you have a small space, like I do. This is the product for you! I can use this oven without having to turn on my ac! Oh and unlike other products, I was surprised when my house wasn't permaneted with the smell of what Is cooking!
