How to Use (Step by Step)

  1. Add Chosen Melt to Globe

Once you've obtained a set of No Spill Wax Globes, you'll need to select a wax melt in one of the four scents and place it inside one of the globes. The scents you'll have to choose from are cinnamon apple, vanilla cookie, linen, and lavender. Each melt is so small that you shouldn't have great difficulty dropping it through the top of your chosen globe. Just make sure that it's in a flat position as you do so, so it'll sit flat after it's in the globe.

  2. Add Globe to Candle Holder

Next, you'll be able to add your globe and melt to the candle warmer of your choice. These globes will fit into a wide variety of candle warmers, although you may have to remove an open wax tray from your selected warmer first. If you can't find a candle warmer in your home that will accommodate one of these wax globes, you can display your globe on its own silver base.

  3. Repeat Process (optional)

If you want to set up more than one of these wax globes, repeat the first two steps with the other four globes (and four more wax melts). Logically, you could also choose to repeat this process with just some of the remaining pieces in the set. Otherwise, if setting up one globe is all you'd like to do, move on to the next step.

  4. Light Wax

The final part of the process is to light up your wax melts as you would any standard candles. However, you won't have to worry about anyone or anything getting damaged by hot wax, since each globe has been designed to hold onto the wax if it tips over or gets turned upside down. Once a wax melt has burned down into nothing, you can put another wax melt into the same globe, if you have any left.

Features

  • Not Too Bulky

Although they're rounded in nature, the No Spill Wax Globes are fairly compact instead of being bulky. Therefore, if you place one in a candle warmer that's on the smaller side, it likely won't look awkward or cause the whole warmer to tip over. Each one's base is about the same size around as the bases of standard open wax trays, so you'll typically be able to use these wax globes to replace those wax trays without difficulty.

  • Four Scents Available

In each set of these globes, you'll also get four different wax scents, so you can start using the one you like the best or use one you think will set a particular mood. All four scents are fairly popular candle scents in general, so other members of your household and any guests you might have will probably enjoy them, too.

  • Sturdy Base

Each No Spill Wax Globe has a sturdy silver-colored base. This will not only help each globe stay upright as it sits in a candle warmer, but each base will also allow you to display a globe without a warmer, if necessary. If you opt not to put these globes in warmers, you may want to display all four of yours beside each other on a certain surface, like your fireplace's mantel.

Positive Points

  • No Mess to Clean up

If you use open wax trays to hold your candle wax, there's a good chance that these will spill, regardless of whether you've got them in candle warmers or not. Once spilled, it can be nearly impossible to get the wax off of certain types of flooring—especially carpet. It could also damage furniture. Fortunately, you won't have to worry about cleaning up a mess like this once you start using these innovative wax globes instead. Rather than allowing candle wax to spill, they'll literally trap it so it doesn't even dribble out.

  • Safe for Kids, Pets

Another risk of having spillable hot wax around is that it'll spill or drip onto small children or pets. While this is a risk with animals, it may be even more of a risk with a curious child who might choose to pick up a lit candle and play with it. If you do turn your back for a second or two, though, you won't have to worry about your child getting burned by the wax from a No Spill Wax Globe. The same goes for a cat, a dog or any pet you may have wandering around the house.

Negative Points

  • May Run Out of Wax Melts

The eight wax melts that come with each set of four No Spill Wax Globes are the correct size to fit through the uppermost opening of each globe. When you run out of these, however, you'll need to find replacement wax melts. Regrettably, finding melts of the correct size might be an arduous task, since it doesn't appear you can get a set from the same brand without obtaining more globes along with them.

Warnings

  • Don't Stick Fingers Inside

Though these wax globes will keep you safe from wax spills and dribbles, you must still keep your fingers out of each one while a melt burns inside. It's also a good idea to keep your fingers out after a melt is done burning since it'll remain hot for a good while afterward. Likewise, if you've got any children in your household, or kids who are frequent visitors, be sure to warn them to keep their fingers out of these globes.

  • Don't Smash on Purpose

On a festive occasion, smashing one of these globes on the ground might seem like a fun thing to do, especially since it looks like the wax won't come out. Nevertheless, this isn't a good thing to try. Even though the globes have been designed to survive an accidental drop or tip without spilling or breaking, they may not be quite durable enough to survive an aggressive, purposeful smash.

Save Money

If you use open hot wax trays and they spill on a regular basis, thereby wasting the wax inside, you may end up replacing your supply of hot wax incredibly often. At times, you'll still need to replace the wax for your No Spill Wax Globes, but you probably won't have to do so as frequently, as none will end up being wasted.
