How to Use (Step by Step)

  1. Plug the Wrap In

Before you can fully use your Calming Heat Neck Wrap, you'll need to power it up by using the attached extension cord to plug it into a wall outlet or a functioning USB port. This will provide it with the electricity it needs to do its job. For the purpose of plugging the cord into the wall, a wall adapter is also included with each wrap.

  2. Wrap Fabric Around Neck

Once your neck wrap is plugged in, wrap the entire thing around your neck, with the fleeciest side of the fabric facing outward. The wrap should feel fairly tight, but not so tight that it's irritating your skin or cutting off your ability to breathe freely. When it feels comfortable to you, pick up both ends of the wrap and fasten them together with the attached Velcro fastener.

  3. Turn on Heat

While wearing your neck wrap, press the button that's closest to the end of one of the straps to turn on the heat. This button will have a small image of a flame on it to indicate that it controls the heat settings. It's best to start with the lowest heat level, but if you feel like it isn't warm enough after a few minutes of wearing the wrap, it can be changed. To cycle through the other two (warmer) settings, simply press the heat button once or twice more.

  4. Activate Massage (optional)

If you're enjoying your wrap with just the heat function turned on, you can leave it that way. However, you can also press the button right next to the heating button to turn on the massage function. Once you've turned this on, a gentle, pulsating massage will be delivered to certain pressure points within your neck to help relieve knots. Meanwhile, the wrap's weighted clay beads will aid with even heat dispersion as this occurs.

  5. Unplug

When you're done being physically and mentally soothed by your device's warmth, gentle pressure, and vibrations, unplug the wrap. Remove it from your neck and store it in a cool, dry place.

  • For Men and Women

The Calming Heat Neck Wrap is suitable for both adult men and women. A child or teen may be able to use one of these with adult supervision, although it may be a bit too big for their neck if it isn't close to being adult-sized. This wrap comes in the gender-neutral and age-neutral shade of light gray, instead of appearing as if it's been designed for a certain gender or age group.

  • Comfy, Breathable Fabric

Each of these neck wraps is made from comfortable, breathable, soft fabric, so if you want to wear yours for hours, it's unlikely that it'll irritate your skin or make you get excessively sweaty. If you ever feel like you're overheated with the heating function turned on, you can temporarily unplug the wrap and take advantage of the pressure of its weighted beads alone.

  • Non-Slip Design

Provided that the Velcro fastener on your neck wrap is closed properly, this wrap has a shape and size that will help prevent it from slipping down your neck as you wear it. Therefore, you should be able to work, read, text, or do other quiet activities while wearing the wrap, without worrying about losing its benefits due to slippage.

  • Long Extension Cord

The extension cord that'll come attached to this wrap is nine feet long, which means that even while you're wearing the wrap and it's plugged in, you'll have a nine-foot range of movement. For even more flexibility, instead of plugging it into the wall, you can also plug it into the USB port of a portable digital device that can move with you. By taking advantage of this option, you'll be able to use the wrap outside of your home.

Positive Points

  • Can Help Relieve Text Neck

When your next starts to hurt because you've been staring down at your smartphone while it sits in your hand for too long, that's a condition known as text neck. Fortunately, putting your Calming Heat Neck Wrap on for as little as a quarter of an hour can help relieve this sort of pain. Similarly, if you use poor neck posture when you're sitting at the computer, it'll aid with relieving any discomfort you incur from that.

  • Good for Athletes, Laborers

If you're a competitive athlete or a physical laborer, you may find that you experience pain or discomfort all over your body when you get home from practice or work. While this wrap won't relieve all-over body pain, it'll dramatically contribute to making you feel good by soothing any neck discomfort you're experiencing. If you wear the wrap for about a half-hour after work or practice, you'll likely feel better than usual about going back to the game or job the next day.

  • Deluxe Version Available

For those users who aren't satisfied with one massage setting, a deluxe version of the Calming Heat Neck Wrap is available. With the deluxe version, you'll be able to cycle through nine different massage settings by pressing the massage button. Everything else about the wrap will be the same as what you'd get with the standard version.

Negative Points

  • Only for Neck

True to its name, the Calming Heat Neck Wrap has been made for use on the neck only. You could attempt to wrap it around another body part, but it may not fit properly, and its pulsations won't directly target specifically selected pressure points. If you'd like to give your arms, your back, your legs, or some other body part a heated, weighted massage, it's best to get a wrap that's been designed for that particular purpose.

Save Time

If you commonly visit a massage therapist for a neck massage on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis, you may no longer need their services once you have one of these wraps. That means you won't have to take the time to drive to their office, sit in their waiting room and actually go through with each appointment. Instead, you'll be able to pop your wrap on for as little as a few minutes a day and have it work out any knots in your neck.
