Neaterscooper is an efficient kitty litter scoop that'll enable you to clean your cat's litter pan without touching any of the waste or spilling litter on the floor. Each scoop has a built-in bin that'll hold special scented plastic bags and waste, and double as a storage holder for your scoop when it's not in use. The Neaterscooper comes in four different colors, including blue, pink, green, and tan, and with each scoop, you'll also get 60 scented plastic bags to use within it.
The cost of Neaterscooper is $19.99 plus $9.99 shipping. The special TV offer allows you to receive a second Neaterscooper by paying an extra fee of $9.99 for a total price of $39.97.

To begin using your Neaterscooper, simply scoop up a bit of your cat's waste. You'll notice that the trapdoor within the device will automatically close as you do so.
Next, give your scoop a little shake so that waste remains in it, but any clean litter sifts through the scoop's cracks and back into the litter pan.
Once you're done sifting, lift your scoop and tip it backwards. This will cause the trapdoor inside to open up and allow waste into the built-in bin ( which should have a bag inside ).
When the bag inside your Neaterscooper's bin is full of waste, or you have no more waste to pick up, pull the bag out and tie the handles, then dispose of it in the trash.
This device comes in pink, blue, green, and tan, so you can either choose the color you like best, or if you've got more than one pan, get a different color to go with each.
When you're not using your Neaterscooper, the built-in bin and the attached scoop can be separated, and you'll be able to use the bin as a storage container for the scoop. There is also space in the bottom of each bin that's been designed for the storage of extra bags.
With each Neaterscooper, you'll receive 60 bags that you can slide into the scoop's bin in order to collect waste. The bags have handles that can be neatly tied, and their scent will help mask the odor of your cat's waste.
When using the Neaterscooper, most users will be able to grip the large handle and scoop litter and waste with just one hand. That means your other hand will be free to pet your cat if he or she decides to hang around during the cleaning process.
If you use this scoop, there'll be no need to touch your cat's waste at all—only the scoop and the bag inside it will come in contact with the waste. You'll only need to touch the device's handle, so your hands will remain unsoiled throughout the entire time you're cleaning.
Since the Neaterscooper will allow you to sift clean particles of litter back into your cat's litter pan, there's little chance that litter will end up on the floor while you're scooping. Hence, you won't need to waste the time you might normally spend sweeping or vacuuming around the litter area.
The bags that come with the Neaterscooper are fairly small, and won't hold as much waste as standard garbage bags, so you'll likely go through your supply quite quickly. You won't be able to use larger bags in this particular scooping tool, either, since they won't fit properly in its built-in bin.
If you use the Neaterscooper, you probably won't need to replace your kitty litter as often. Any excess litter will be sifted back into your pan instead of ending up in a garbage bag with the waste you've scooped, so one bag of litter will last you longer.
