The first step to using your Neater Scooper is to put one of the odor trapping bags in the bin. These bags fit perfectly so clean up is easy and free of bad odors.

Probably not Practical
Hello,
I ordered the scooper but in reading the reviews it probably will not work for me. I have a small litter box and the unit is probably going to be too big.
I have not received it yet but I already know I would like to return it. Is that possible and if so how can the return be done?

Not For Multiple Cat Homes
With three cats, the bin fills too quickly. The capacity is inadequate and I had to swap out the bags three times in cleaning my two litter trays. The capacity is reduced by the clearance needed for the trap door to swing shut. My scooper kept separating from the bin, even if I supported the bin with my left hand. I contacted the manufacturer and they had promised me a return shipping label; for which I'm waiting. A good idea that need some improvements.
