I Regret Buying it!

It was very good for filling. Loved that but not enough refills for filling. Only wanted to buy refills for filling but couldn't do that had to buy pack which had what I don't like. So not going to buy any makes it just a waste of money.

I Regret Buying it!

I purchased this at cvs today ( Jan 2016 ) and the battery pack was made incorrectly. 2 springs on one battery side, no spring on the other so I couldn't even install the batteries to use it.
Completely useless, obviously no quality control at that company.

I have something to say!

I received an e-mail that my items were on back order, so I called the company to ask about it. My call was automatically dropped! So I tried to cancel - and there was no way to contact the company by phone or e-mail because the phone numbers and emails with my order and also on the website would not go through!

I do not trust any company that takes your credit card info and does this! Now I have to monitor my credit card carefully, because this could to a total scam! If the product comes, I will send it back!

Tina, if I were you, I would notify your credit card company now rather than wait until it gets there and you send it back. You'll end up paying the shipping charge to send it back, although not nearly as high as the shipping charge you had to pay to send it to you in the first place. Companies like this know their product is a piece of crap and that lots of folks will be returning it. The outrageous shipping charge alone ought to land these crooks in jail. Be happy that this wasn't one of those buy one and they'll send you another FOR free products. ( Just pay separate processing ) Good luck. Do not let these scammers continue ripping off everyone.
