How to Use (Step by Step)

1. Charge Device

   Before you use your MSA Pro, you'll probably need to charge it for at least a couple of hours first. To complete this task, you must plug the back end of the device's arm into the included charging dock, and connect the dock to the included adapter. Once the dock and the adapter are connected, plug the adapter into a wall outlet to start up the charging process.

2. Turn on Device

   After your device has been charged, it's best to use the bottom button on its beige arm to turn it on before you slide it into one of your ears. To do so, you'll need to simply push the button upwards.

3. Attach to Ear

   Next, put your device's earbud in the ear of your choice, and slide the arm of the device over the back of that ear. The earbud should be resting far enough into your ear that it won't move around when you do, but you shouldn't push it in so far that it feels uncomfortable. If you can no longer touch the silicone without shoving your finger deep into your ear, you've likely pushed it in too far.

4. Adjust Volume (optional)

   As soon as you've got your device attached to your ear, you should notice that sounds in your environment, like birds chirping or other people talking, are louder than usual. If there's not enough of a change, or you're overwhelmed by the loudness, you can use the wheel above the power button to adjust the volume by moving it up or down.
