The Motivo Walker is a mobility device to support continuous movement in adults. It is a healthcare product that has been redesigned to aid adults in maintaining their mobility while maintaining a supportive back structure. This enables the user to maintain a good posture and may even enable the adult to return to walking without assistance one day.

The Motivo Walker is designed to have the adult walk in an upright position. The handlebars where the weight is distributed are located near the shoulders. In this position, there is no need to hunch over to use the walker. This walker allows the user to stand inside and totally upright which has been found to reduce pressure from the back and neck by 60%.
The Motivo Walker is designed with lightweight materials making it easier to push. The lightweight feature also makes it easier to transport it in a car or airplane. This walker is compactable and can be easily lifted and then folded in order to fit into the backseat of the car for transport to another location.
There are many compartments to hold items on the Motivo Walker. There are pouches on the front to keep important and easy to reach items. There is also a bottom compartment to store heavier items, such as items from shopping trips.
The company is offering the feature to try the product for free for thirty days. So if the consumer is unsure about the product, they are encouraged to try it for thirty days to see if there is an improvement in their mobility and posture. If they are not completely satisfied, they can send the walker back.
There is a tray that can be flipped out in order to eat off of or play cards on. There is a halfway tray or the full size. There is a cupholder on both the trays.
This walker comes in nine different colors to suit the individual. It has graphic design options that can be adhered on the walker in order to give it a contemporary stylish look. For instance, there are flower decals available. Different colors and designs can be useful when there is more than one walker in order to differentiate between them. They can also be helpful when there are indoor walkers or outdoor walkers.
Traditionally the walker is constructed to have the adult bend over the device in order to use it. As a result, the constant bending over the device encourages bad posture and could. Decrease the chances of healing and recovery. With the upright structure of the Motivo Walker, the adult benefits from the upright posture instead of hunched over.
The major benefit of the Motivo Walker is that there is significantly less strain on the neck, shoulders, and back. The upright position encourages typical body movement instead of leaning on the traditional mobility devices. This could reduce pressure and encourage eventual walking without the device.
Another major benefit with this walker is that it is more maneuverable than traditional walkers. The Motivo Walker has the user stand upright inside of the walker, instead of pushing it and so they are able to turn into smaller corners.
The Motivo Walker enables the user to reach items outside easier. As the user is inside of the walker the span to reach items becomes easier. It is easier to reach items off counters and sinks. Also, since the user is standing tall, there is more accessibility to high cupboards.
While the Motivo Walker is designed entirely different, it is the same size as a traditional walker. Therefore, if the user is already used to having a different walker, they do not need to change anything if they purchase the Motivo. There does not need to be adjustments to doorways or hallways as the Motivo Walker will fit anywhere a traditional walker does.
This walker is height adjustable and so it can be tailored to accommodate different heights. This feature is useful when there are more than person going to use the walker. It also maintains its value because it can be given to other people when no longer needed.
One con to this walker is that it is heavier than some of the other walkers on the market. There are others that are composed of solely aluminum bars. That simple design makes them lighter and more accommodating to transport around.
The walker has two handles and four wheels designed to be held by the user in order to aid with mobility. It can provide balance and maintain stability when walking or running and can be used inside homes or facilities or outside on the streets.

I got a Motivo and that was what I wanted. For the first one the seat broke, They did send a replacement, it seems that I was still in the 30 days window. I had just gotten out of the hospital and had not returned to my normal routine.
However, when I returned to my normal routine, I noticed the motivation was not all it seemed to be. I like the design, however, the stability is not so much. I do a lot of walking in an office atmosphere, turning corners and such is ok, but not the greatest. The fact that it folds into thirds, is ok. The storage not so much. This walker is for someone who is not always on the go. Also, this walker is not good for public transportation. Unfortunately, I am not able to get any of the money returned.

I have had the motivo for about 5 years now and simply love it. People are always asking me about it and nobody has ever seen one. Would not want to be without it.

I really wanted to like it. I have MS and have been making do with forearm crutches. However, they seem to have made it lighter than the previous model and, by extension, more flimsy. Whenever I go to turn, the whole body leans into the turn, which it isn't supposed to do. It's also made out of some kind of foam rubber, with only small parts being metal or plastic. Maybe that is what is making it so flimsy and bendable. The pins to lock the handles also broke immediately, but they sent out replacements.
If they fixed the stability issue somehow, I'd love it. Having a storage compartment on the inside instead of in a bag on the wrong side and out of reach is great. Looks like it's just a backpack and some crutches for the foreseeable future.

We ordered this for our dad, who's in bad health. They sure took the money quick, but it's been 2 months and they keep telling us it's being built to his measurements but they've never asked any sizes? We're asking for a refund. Let's hope they do it! Ridiculous.

My sister, who lives in Oahu, Hawaii purchased the Motivo. They had ALL her information to charge for the Motivo. Why did the company never ship the item? They said that she had not told them she lived in Hawaii!

Yes. I was concerned about the weight limit. I am going to check with my dr. If my insurance would cover it. I hate bending over. I never want to get out of the house. Thank you, Jane Brown.
