Miss Belt is a wide belt for women that compresses the waist and abdomen, creating the look of a slimmer waistline, while supporting the back. It comes in two shades, including black and seamless nude. The belt is also available in two different sizes. Size small / medium will fit women who wear dress sizes four to 10 and have a waist measuring between 25 and 32 inches. The other option, large/extra-large, fits dress sizes 12 to 18 ( waist sizes 33 to 40 ). Miss Belt is adjustable, so you may choose to loosen it or tighten it at certain times, depending on what activities you'll be wearing it for.
When you wear Miss Belt, you'll appear as if you have an hourglass figure. More specifically, your waist will look as if it has shrunk by up to two clothing sizes. Once you put this belt on, you'll see results instantly. You can wear the belt over or under virtually any pieces of clothing, including dresses, shorts, jeans, tanks, and blouses. It's comfortable enough to relax in at home, and if worn loosely enough, it can be worn for exercise outdoors or at the gym. If you conceal it under clothing that isn't super-tight, other people won't notice you're wearing it, but they'll likely notice your attractive figure.
The cost of Miss Belt is $19.99 plus $7.99 shipping, for a total price of $27.98. Price is from As Seen on TV Commercial page: missbelt.com
To do its job, Miss Belt makes use of dual-compression technology. It consists of two thick, wraparound straps that, when secured, will compress your waist area. This compression will tuck your belly in, slim your waist, support your back, and gently yet quickly and firmly morph your figure into an hourglass shape. When you remove the straps that make up the belt, your figure will once again look like it originally did.
You can tighten or loosen this belt in seconds as you change activities throughout your day. When you're working out or relaxing, you may want it to be looser for comfort's sake. On the other hand, if you're going out to a cocktail party, you may want to tighten it to maximize your hourglass look.
Miss Belt comes in both black and nude. The nude variety is seamless, so it's an ideal choice if you're going to be wearing light-colored clothing and you don't want anyone to notice the belt underneath.
Women who wear dress sizes four to 10 will likely fit best in the small / medium size of this belt. Those who wear dress sizes 12 to 18 will likely find that large/extra large fits them best.
If you've recently had a baby, and haven't lost all the weight you gained while pregnant yet, you can use Miss Belt to help hide any extra weight around your tummy.
Regardless of whether you're carrying baby weight or are just not completely satisfied with your natural figure, you may feel more confident while your waistline's flaws are hidden by Miss Belt. Increased confidence may lead to more effective interaction with others in both social and business situations.
You won't need to wait a certain number of minutes or wear it a certain number of times to see results—this belt will change your figure immediately after you put it on.
This particular belt was not designed for use by men, but there is a similar men's product available, called Mr. Belt. Mr. Belt will slim a man's waistline and make their body appear more V-shaped in nature.
Miss Belt will make you look slimmer while you wear it, but it won't make you actually lose weight. As soon as you remove the belt, you'll be back to looking like you did before you put it on. To permanently change your figure, you'll need to explore and undertake various diet and exercise strategies.
If you want your figure to look better in a bikini or one-piece, this belt isn't the best device for you to use in order to achieve that goal. While it can be hidden under most clothing, and even looks attractive worn over some clothing, it'll be a clearly visible eyesore if you wear it with a swimsuit.
Shapewear will compress your stomach area like Miss Belt does, but unlike this belt, it normally can't be adjusted quickly as you go about your daily activities. Therefore, wearing it may make you feel uncomfortable and constrained at times, especially if you are being very active.

I bought the Miss Belt last year and received two, one nude and one black. It was during the height of the "waist training" fad. Well when it got there I was disappointed because it did not fit me. I am confined to a wheelchair so exercise is pretty much out of the question. I can't even stand let alone exercise! Anyway. I measured both belts and they were about 35-38 inches in length. I am about 50 inches around or so. So anybody who's considered obese or morbidly obese it will not fit!
Besides after some research I found out waist training is dangerous. Long term use ( which is needed for the desired effect ) can cause internal organs to shift and breathing difficulties. Look it up! I'm just sorry I didn't look it up sooner. Good luck!
