They tried to charge me more, but I caught them and stopped that. Now, it has been 1.5 months, and finally I get a e-mail saying my knives are in the mail. Just a total waste of time.

They did the same to me only when placing the order we were hung up on by the automated system. I never recieved a total or confirmation number. What jackass would by a product that charges more in processing than the product. I plan to speak with them tomorrow. If I dont like what I hear I will make it my mission to expose them. In fact I will go so far as to say I will happily go to jail over the tactics I use. If I have to hack theie system and cancel every order people try to place I will. Im so pissed.

I have had a similar experience. After wasting 30 min on the phone to place an order, a month has gone by and we havent received the two knives we paid for. In top of that, I just got our bank statement and discovered they charged us way more than the $24 they told us we were being chsrged. I'm not excited bout the time I'm going to be wasting at my bank tomorrow to try to get back gthe stolen money!

Do not buy this. They suckered me out of $75. I called and was told they had not charged my card when they did and refused to refund my money. This is a total scam!

Who pays $75? That's not even the advertised price.

What looks like the same knife is available on ebay for $1 and free shipping from Hong Kong or about $2.50 from the US. Do I smell rip-off?

Do Not Purchase Over Phone

After spending over 30 minutes on the phone with the representative of Microknife, and asking multiple times for a total of the purchase, which the representative said she could not give me until the end, I was told my total was $84.97. Not the $28.00 that was claimed on the commercial. I then told the representative to cancel my order. I was told I could not cancel for 6-8 hours after the order had went through. That was on a friday evening. I called customer service at 4 pm the next day in order to give ample time for order to be submitted. After calling and being told my order wasnt in the system and my card was already charged and I wouldn't be able to do anything until Monday to give 24 to 48 hours for account to be processed. So I am out 85 dollars for a whole weekend. After calling back on monday I was then told again that my account could not be found. I was on the phone with a "supervisor" for over an hour and being told an email will be sent and someone from corporate would be calling me back. Still havent heard anything from them. They want me to send my bank info to a number which I got two different numbers from two different agents. This whole ordeal has put me through hell and I am not sure when or if I will get the money or the knives and apparently there is no one I can contact except the customer service line and I can't understand them. I do not recommend anyone go through the phone service to order this product and I wouldn't give out any information until you have all the facts. Trust me!

Your credit card doesn't have reverse charges and fraud protection? Do you live on Mars or something?
