Terrible Customer Service
The quality of the material is lacking and the fit varies from one pant to the other. My first order was a pair of jeans, they are ok. We're having a special on the dress pants. I could have bought better at Walmart.

Bad Customer Service
I'm having the same problem. Calling Customer Service all morning and I keep getting an auto message that there is no available person to take my call and to call back. Finally got through and the auto message said there would be a six-minute wait. After 20 minutes on HOLD, I got another auto message saying, again, no one available to take my call and to call back! How annoying is this? I do not want to deal with any company that is not willing to talk to me if there is a problem. I'm going to email them, but don't expect a response if Cheryl in Austin didn't get a callback phone call. So annoying and darn right a scam!

Here's a tip. I just went on Measure And Made's website to find an address, which I could not find, but I tried their CHAT line and it worked well. I got someone on the chat right away and she took care of me. So, I still say their Customer Service sucks by phone, but not the Chat. She told me they had been on "View Your Deal" on "The View" several weeks ago and are bombarded with calls. So, I"m going to give them a break this time, but did not want to reorder a different size.
