Little Black Pant is a fashion pant that offers a customized fit. These pants use a two number system to fit your body perfectly. BUYER BEWARE

( continued. )

Ok, it's friday. Still no refund. I call. I am told that their "refunds department" had some problems and refunds processed between 5 / 25 and 6 / 1 are being delayed. " I should now expect to see my refund "sometime the week of June 13. " wow. Just wow! It's only $100 bucks, but it's my $100 bucks for goods that are not so good and I just want my money back without all this hassle.

I have shopped on line for hundreds of items and have never had these kinds of issues. And whatever happened to good customer service and the courtesy of notifying a customer that the order is being delayed, and oh, now your refund is also? Very disappointing. It appears fit logic does not have a good grip on how to manage on line retail.

I will not be doing business with you again!

Beware! Very disappointing shopping experience. Ordered 2 pair. Still hadn't received 3 weeks after order was submitted. I called and was told they were out of stock / back ordered. Would have been Decent customer service to notify me to inform me of such status since they had processed my payment, but no. I had to call 2 different times to ask them to email me the shipping status and finally the tracking info. They do not do this automatically like most other on line retailers.

Finally got them. Terrible fit, flimsy fabric and the side zipper is positioned so far back, I displaced ribs just trying to twist to fasten them. I sent them back, paying $11 priority shipping ( just so I could have tracking ) to ensure Fit Logic gets them in a more timely fashion than I received them. Per tracking, they were delivered on 5 / 25.

I also read that my refund will be "processed" up to 7 business days after Fit Logic gets my returned pants. Up to 7 business days? Ok, what can I do about it? The pants don't work, I just want my refund. I called after 9 business days when I don't see the refund has been issued to my credit card ( Tues 6 / 7 ) and was told it was processed on 6 / 1, but could take up to 6 / 10 to show up on my credit card. "If you don't see it by Friday, call us back. ".

Terrible Fit

8 / 8 / 16: I completed the survey and ordered my "perfect" pants. Fitlogic sent a size 8.3 short, which I never said I wore an 8, but 10. On 8 / 25 / 16, I returned them and paid $16.47 for shipping. On 8 / 31 / 16, fitlogic sent me the second set and they did not fit. On 9 / 15 / 16, I returned them and spent another $11.51 for shipping.

As of 11 / 10 / 16, my credit card has not been credited for the $94.60. I contacted fitlogic by phone and I had the usps tracking number. The customer assistant found out that fitlogic had received the pants, but somehow? I was not credited the refund. She was pleasant apologized, but she stated that it might take another week to see the credit on my visa card.

Summary: a waste of time, sizing system is worthless, and the company makes you pay for shipping. For the the $28.22 I wasted on shipping, I could have gone to kohls' and got a perfect fitting pant.

Live and learn.

Thank you so much, Cathy, for sharing, the exact same thing happened to me! My return was recived 11 / 29 / 16 per Fedex tracking, and just now, January 20, 2017, after auditing my bank records noticed no refund came from them!
When I called, the "surprised" acting was evident- and that I was a rare case! I am so glad I read your review! Then I was told the refund process will start! After almost 2 months!
Beware of that company, everyone! Go to a legitimate store to buy your pants and get a better fit!

Want More Colors

After doing the "test", they tagged me a 12.2. I ordered the classic. I am a solid 12 in everything I wear. These arrived, but are loose fitting ( which is fine ). I tested again as I wanted to buy another pair, and they tagged me a 10.2. I am going to order the 10.2 and see how they fit. Machine washed very nicely. I'd buy in every color if they made more. Trying to find the grey.

Fit is Good but Length is Too Long

As I am only 5'1", I was hoping to order the crop pant but it was not available when I made my order. Other then the length and side zipper, I am satisfied with the pants.

Warning do Not Order

Bought these pants and they are cheaply made! Did not fit so I called customer Service and got someone that I thought was rude. She offered me a $25 credit if I donated them to someone in need! You also have to pay for your own return! For the price you can find slacks of much better quality for less at Macys.

Worst Trouser Ever

Cheap material, bad fit ( no logic behind what they sent me ) and I incurred expense to return the items.

Hold onto your shipping receipt or you will never see a refund.

Customer service has an antiquated system of returns. They claimed they did not receive the trousers I returned. Luckily, I had my receipt and was able to give them all the information including the date and time they signed for the return. Even then, the credit takes days to process.

Go to macy's. Kohls. Anywhere else to purchase trousers. Do not buy from fitlogic.

Terrible Customer Service

Do not deal with that company. Completely unreliable and do speak with fork tongue
I tried to cancel order asap because they added pants to my order and double the price. When I called, was told pants shipped. Not true when I reviewed shipping info. The item didn't ship for a couple days after I contacted them. Took money from my debit card before pants shipped. Told me pants would ship fedx. And I could refuse and Maybe get my money back in 6 weeks. Pants came usps. So had to go to post office to send back. No money yet!
that company is only interested in getting your money. Seems you have to be the lLast of Mochicans to get your money back.
I have talked to CS twice with no help. When ask to speak to Manager. You guessed it. Never came to the phone
Do not order from them. Go out and read true reviews. Many complaints.

I was going to place and order but decided to read the reviews first, so glad I did it seems like they are mostly negative reviews and i'm glad and thankful to all the women who took the time to write them and spare me the pain of going through their experiences. So sorry for all you ladies who had to deal with such bull from a company finding excuses and not listening to their customers immediately and making it right for them.

Rip off and Run Around

Do not purchase these! When I got my order they were someone else. Wrong size and even had the wrong invoice enclosed. I returned with a return code and asked for a refund, juan received them on May 3, and I am sitting here 3 phone calls later still waiting for my refund. I've had different statements issued to me about "problems" with the return system. Then I read these reviews. I think I'm sol. We'll see. I'll keep you posted.

I'm not sure bbb is enough for this outfit.

Your constant repetition of "growing pains" is not the least bit reassuring to current and potential customers - it just sounds like an excuse ( and not a very good one ). I'd also like to point out that, for busy women, a 30 day return window is not all that "generous". I just returned a belt to Lands End that had been lost in a suitcase after almost five years and they graciously accepted it for an exchange. A new company like yours should commit 110% of their resources to excellent customer service and focus on results rather than excuses. That's really the most important value a retail company can have. I was going to purchase some of these pants but after reading all of the horror stories about problems with returns I'm really having second thoughts. One more thing - a customer service representative needs to be able to write properly. Some of the replies from your customer service manager are so rift with grammatical, spelling and punctuation errors that they're difficult to even understand. Please accept this as constructive criticism.

Do not. I repeat. Do not buy these pants....took 3 weeks to get them. They didn't fit and it will take ( at least ) 2 months to get a refund, according to the call center and I had to pay to ship them back. Guaranteed to fit? Nope.

FYI it cost $58.99 postage for returns that had to be divided since exchanges and returns require Separate RMA number. I would never have bought these if I knew what an expensive proposition trying the LBP would be. I like my Lucy brand pants must better.

So Disappointed

Guess I should have read these reviews before I ordered these. When my pants came in the mail, I tried them on, and they were enormous. I called customer service, and was surprised to hear I would have to pay for shipping to return them. These pants aren't cheap, and pretty much guarantee that they will fit perfectly. Nothing could have been further from the truth. I would think for the price that any problems with the pants would allow free returns. I will ever purchase another item from that company.

LOVE FITLOGIC Cricket Lee EXTRAORDINARY VISIONARY

I absolutely love my fitlogic Little Black Pant! Incredibly comfortable, extremely flattering, easy care, fabulous wear. All my friends love their lbp, too. I know my shape & can order in less than 3 minutes! I can't do that any where else. How many other designers can boast a nearly 95% satisfaction rate? None of them! The fitlogic fit system is the answer for all women. No more frustration, tears, going from store to store, wasted time trying on different sizes & style. No more returns either. Once & done! Ladies, cricket lee is ahead of her time. No design house or manufacture has done what she's done with such overwhelming success. Fitlogic & Little Black Pant is the only pant for me!

Perfect

I am 5ft. Even and weigh 130. No pants ever fit me! I am thick in the front of my thighs and a little "hippy" with a small waste. I ordered 8.3 in the crop pants. They truly fit me perfectly as ankle length straight pants. I love them.

I Recommend Buying it!

RETURNS VERY DIFFICULT & EXPENSIVE!

I am a veteran online shopper. Dealing with fitlogic is time consuming. I called 4 time and also attempted communicating by email. Each time I was put on hold. I was told a number or label May take 3 to 7 days to be emailed to me.
Unlike nordstrom, Amazon, that company requires different numbers and package for each pant returned or exchanged. This requires archaic phone calls and cost much in shipping since Separate packages had to be returned,
I made the misrake of ordering several pants that did not fit right. This led to many return shipping charges and confusion.
The pants are well made and look good after laundering.
I will not order any more. I do not have time to spend on dealing with an out of date return system that encourages you to keep what you got. I wear a size 8-1. A size 14-3 was sent to me by mistake. I will have to pay $8 to return these pants even though a mistake was made sending the wrong size.

I Recommend Buying it!

Great Fit!

I am curvy not just in the hips and butt, but I also have chunky thighs. As I have aged, my waist is a little thicker than it used to be, so that adds another challenge for fitting. I have not found pants that fit this well for this price point. Ever! The fabric is forgiving and a nice weight. They travel well and the little ankle split is a nice touch. I can not wear skinny jeans because of my shape, but found the ankle slim cut a nice and stylish compromise. I also love that these are made in the usa.

The down sides: I ordered a regular length with ankle slim cut, as well as the crop length for summer. I honestly could not tell which was the crop, but somehow didn't notice it before the 30-day return. Just wished the crop length was a little shorter. I have worn the regular length several times and the button hole stitching came off as did the button. I can fix these things, but am never happy to have to do so. All in all, I am very pleased with these pants and am willing to make a repair and shorten the cropped pants for the otherwise great fit!

Tummy Problems Solved!

I am one of those people who gains weight immediately in the stomach / waist region. It's hard to find pants that take that into account, and I've tried many. I'm so pleased with my Little Black Pant. I feel sexy and confident because the pants actually fit to my body type. Highly recommend this product.

Called 5 times - no Pants - 5 Stories

I am so angry with the poor service. Started calling when pants were due, they said they weren't coming until after I left on vacation. Great. Then said a supervisor would call, no one did, then said they were shipped, they were not. I asked for them to be overnighted at that point, Richard promised me before I left for vacation, now, tracking says day after! All fibs, I ordered May 5th, plenty of time, now my money and no time to shop for something else. Very disappointed in customer service.

I have called, emailed returned pants on 5 / 15 / 16 and your customers service said they received it. I have been emailing and still have not received a refund. Promised 10 business days in 5 / 20 / 16 I have contacted better business bureau next will be your states attorney. Order#00058261 / rma#14642443 total charges $64.75= charges for shipping both ways and cost of pants.

Definitely Returning

I am very disappointed in the pants. The fabric is thin, and the sizing is all wrong. I am petite and they are at least 3" too long, a very baggy but, and they do nothing for my tummy, except emphasis it.
NOT looking forward to the return challenge everyone speaks of.

We've gone through awful growing pains and have finally fixed our systems. The fabric is good and we have lengths now! The fit works great but some women have to try more than one pair. We cover the costs.

Best Fitting Pants Ever

I bought Little Black Pant earlier this year and I love them! I have several pairs of "office pants" and none of them fit as well or are as comfortable as these. I was very curious to see if the size that was recommended to me from the website questionnaire would actually work and was very pleasantly surprised. They are my favorite pants! Will be ordering again soon.

Not Exactly as Good as the ad Says

I bought two pairs, The fit was good, they look nice, but the material reminds me of the 1980's polyester. I worn one pair 3 times. The third wearing while at work a coworker alerted me that the seam was wide open. They don't fit tight. No reason why the stitching should have come out. Nothing I can't fix, but for the price, I shouldn't have to. Customer Service rep was very polite when I called to exchange one pair for a different style when they mis-shipped two of the same on my initial order. I got the exchange promptly. No complaints about the service, but the product leaves a lot to be desired. I won't buy another pair. There are better quality pants out there that fit just as well are made of a more up to date material will hold up better. Buyer beware of their awesome marketing techniques, they pulled me in, but only once.

Ellen, we're happy to hear you found a good fit with the lbp. That's our entire goal with our fitlogic shape technology. I agree the stitching should not have come undone, however, this may occur through washing if it had not been sewn properly & the seams finished securely in the proper manner. We take our customers feedback seriously & make corrections wherever needed as necessary. Don't hesitate to call for a replacement as in this case. We do hope you will try lbp again since you did find your perfect fitlogic shape.

Fantastic!

I can never find pants that fit me. When I tried on my Little Black Pants, I fell in love. Finally a company is making pants for real woman. I'm going to be a lifetime customer.

I Really like Them!

I decided to try these pants as I had gained some weight and was tired of all my pants not fitting me. I was pegged as 6.2 and I generally do wear a 6. My pants fit right out of the bag. They are a little loose, but I really like that. They are also a tiny bit long, but I can live with that ( I am 5'1" ). I will buy another pair.

Length of Pant Legs

I did not see any information regarding the length of the pants. Doesn't it matter if someone is 5 feet or 5'10? My biggest problem in buying pants is the length.

Way Too Tight

I had my doubts that they would fit when I ordered them, I mean really, no measuring at all? I guess their crystal ball was broken that day. I got an message that said 15% have to order a different size but the web site says that 94% fit perfect. I am not going to spend my time sending back pants and waiting for another pair to arrive and than send them back again etc.

I have 3 pair and never had to return any. They fit like they promised. Sounds to me that you May have tried to fit in a smaller pant than your size really is.

I Regret Buying it!

Didn't Get Order

I had to cancel after waiting for an email that never came stating that my 3 pair of pants were shipped. Called several times. Was told they didn't know why my order wasn't sent out since the 3 pair I ordered were in stock. Called again and was then told that half my order would be sent out. Never happened! Just got a call that must have come from India since the woman I spoke to had such a heavy accent I had to keep asking her to repeat herself. I finally understood that she had no idea when or if I would get any part of my order or what the problem was. I asked her to transfer me to someone that could help and she said she couldn't do that. I then just told her to cancel my whole order. Too bad. I have a pair ordered earlier and liked them. I guess I was lucky to have received them when I did. It seems to be a matter of luck if you get your pants or not. No one seems to know what is going on at that company.

Good Luck if You Return Them

I have been getting the same 7-10 day run around about my refund. Long past that time, and still no credit on my card. No other merchant from whom I have bought products has ever taken this long to credit my card.

I ordered and have yet to get a shipping receipt. I've left messages and email with no responses. For the price of these it would sure be nice if the customer service matched the price. After several surgeries and cancer, I like to order from home. However, in the future I will go to Nordstrom where I know I will get the service the money pays for.

Best Fitting Pants Ever

I have been in the women's designer clothing industry for 16 years and had yet to find a pair of pants that actually fit. I have spent anywhere from $200 to $375 for a pair of pants and have spent thousands of dollars for alterations. I saw these on FB and thought I would take a chance. I am 5'3" and weigh 120 lbs. I have a small waist, ample hip and flat rear. Depending on the designer, I can wear anywhere from a 4 to an 8. The 6.2 ankle fits me to a tee. They look as if they were custom made. The fabric is absolutely beautiful. I now have them in black, brown and a lovely Heather grey. If they offer them in other shades, I will not hesitate to purchase them. Getting them at $49 is like getting them for free!

FITLOGIC for LIFE

I have found the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow! Cricket lee is a genius! She has finally showed the fashion industry the truth & answer to women's prayers for pants that fit. And fit like they were custom made for me. I have 6 pairs of the Little Black Pant. They look as good at night as they do in the morning. They wash & wear great. No dry cleaning bills. The compliments I receive are very flattering & women want to know where to get them. Fitlogic for life for me!

Unbelievable!

I have never been able to find pants that fit me perfectly. I am tall, slim and have a very, very flat rear end. I think that over the years, I have spent more money on alterations than I have spent purchasing pants. Despite having serious doubts that your pants would fit me or that they wouldn't look cheap ( since your price is so low ), I Decided to try a pair. All I can say is that I'm "blown away"! They're perfect and they look like very expensive, high quality pants! I just wish these pants came in white / cream or khaki.

WOW! Unbelievable Fit!

I have never had a pair of pants fit like these since I was 20 years old-now 71! I wasn't sure how to choose my shape but the questions were very helpful plus I asked my husband which shape he thought described me. I am so happy and will definitely recommend them. Also going on-line now to order in other colors!

I have no hips and usually have to buy Junior pants. The 8.1 fit my lack of hips and derriere and thin thighs fabulously. I look forward to more colors and jeans.

4+ Months and Still no Refund!

I have read many of these reviews and see that "Rhonda" from customer service has said over and over "technical issues all resolved as of 7 / 25" but I still have not received my refund.
I have posted on their Facebook page about my experience but they just take it down.
Buyer beware!

I have such a hard time find pants, until I found Little Black Pants. The fit is perfect. I usually have to return items I buy online, but I got the perfect fit in the first time! Love them! Going to be a life time customer. Can't wait for them to make more styles.

Just Received my Little Black Pants❤️

I just received my order of Little Black Pants, tried them on immediately and they fit perfect! I. Am a 10.1 at 5'10" I find most pants off the rack too short. These are the perfect length and fit. Maybe the folks who are having issues, are not answering the questions correctly? These pants feel like they were tailor made to my shape, love them already😍.

You're an idiot, jackie. And a smug one at that. The fit questions do not address length at all.

Think about it. You are 5'10" and the length is perfect for you. These pants would never someone like me who is average height at 5'6", or especially someone who is 5'3"?

I bought the ankle pants and I am wearing them like regular pants. The "regular" pants, I have to return.

It's about time tall women have pants they can actually wear. So tired of everyone just offering regular and petite. Not bashing anyone. But at least my two sisters who are 5'4" and 5'6" can hem their pants to fit. I usually can't find a pair long enough and there's nothing one can do about that! P. S. Best Pants Ever Made

I love these pants and tell everyone about them. The only problem I have is I need a petite and they don't make them yet but the crop pants are the perfect length. I own 4 pair of black in different styles and two brown. I wear them every single day to work. They fit me so perfectly I bought my 24 year old daughter, who has a completely different body type than I, 2 pair and they fit better than any she has ever had. I will never buy any other dress pants and can't wait until they make more colors and jeans.

Perfect Fit!

I love these pants. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical when I first ordered them. My problem was if I bought pants that fit me in the waist, they were too tight in the hips, and if they fit my hips, they were baggy at the waist. All I did was simply answer a few questions about my size and body type to get my fit number. When I tried on the pants, I was amazed at how great they fit - very sleek and comfortable. I like the fact that they don't have bumpy pockets or flaps that interfere with the smooth lines of the pants. I'm looking to buy a few more pairs in different colors.

Great Pants!

I never order clothes over the web, but gave The Little Black Pants a shot at getting the fit right. Bingo! They got it right! The fit was perfect except for the button which was difficult to fasten. It is a small problem, except if you are in a hurry to get somewhere to show off your new Little Black Pants. Keep up the great work of fitting us hard-to-fit gals so we can start ordering on the web. The best of luck to you and your daughter as you see your dreams become reality.

Too Short

I ordered according to their sizing chart, fit was great except they were too short. Website claimed a length of 29", mine were 26". They promised a full refund, but failed to refund the freight charges. Their fault, I should have had a full refund.

It seems you received a Crop instead of the Classic Short. Customer service would have exchanged it for you. It states in our Terms and Conditions that we provide full refunds of the purchase price excluding shipping and handling.

I think Patti was correct. She ordered a pant in a particular size and was sent the wrong size. If the company ships wrong, the company should pay for freight ( as it is not an error on the customer's fault ). After reading, I'm disinclined to try outside of Amazon whose customer support is A+.

After reading this review and Cricket’s response, I will NOT be ordering from that company. If the company sends the wrong item that is not what the customer ordered, the company is responsible for return postage, not the customer. It is ridiculous to charge the customer to return an item that the customer did not order.

Too Late & Too Short

I ordered my slim ankle & crop pants on 2 / 24 / 16 and didn't receive them until 3 / 24 / 16. By that time I had already found some black pants locally. I still tried them on and found they were too long, too thin and didn't fit right. I Decided to return them. I read the reviews below and braced myself for a long, unsatisfying wait on the phone to return them. I was pleasantly surprised that the phone call only lasted 4 minutes, I spoke to ron, and there was no problem with getting an rma. I am able to send both pairs in the same package and the cost of returning will be my Decision based on if I go to ups, fedex or postmaster. Now, of course I don't have my refund yet - but if that takes an unreasonable amount of time i'll update this post.

In the Midst of Exchanging Them

I ordered the ankle pant and rec'd the classic. Aside from not being what I wanted, they're way too long and somewhat baggy in the leg. I just spoke with cust svc, after reading complaints about paying to ship back, this is what I was told: I must pay to ship back to exchange, but they would kindly ship back for free- he was viewing it as " a wash". I said, "noooo, I already paid once to rec them, that is not fair. After a brief hold, he returned to say he spoke with his supervisor and gave me an ra#, and is supposed to email me an RA label- prepaid. That works for me. We'll see if all happens issue free.

Poor Customer Service

I ordered the Little Black Pants. The first pair fit along the top but were way too long ( I'm 5'6" ). They offered to ship me a shorter pair. Those were okay in length but I didn't care for the side zipper and the lack of pockets. I returned both pairs about six weeks ago with a promise that they would refund my money. Several phone calls later, all I can get out of them is "your refund has been processed". Well, let me tell you, $50 may not mean much to them, but to me it represents 4 hours pay. And I need nice clothing to wear for those four hours. Very disappointed in that company.

Worst Pant and Customer Service to Date!

I ordered these pants ( 2 ), what a joke they do not fit, called to get n rma number to return and got the run around, wanted me to keep them and give me half the money back and donate to charity, great idea if I didn't need the money myself. Told me I had to pay for the return shipping, I told them to read the return policy, 30 day guarantee, I had to agree to get my original shipping of $9.95 back, and then pay for postage, far enough. I received the $9.95 postage and that is all they were going to give me, they owe me $94.90. Girl could not do math on the phone and then told me they already refunded my $. Lies. Why would I be calling if the money was in my account? Kept putting me on hold, lie after lie after lie. Stay away ladies!

I went ahead and filed a complaint with the bbb. Finally a supervisor called me, still no time frame on the return of my $94.90. I was now told I have to wait for fitlogic billing cycle, but the supervisor does not know when that is. Really! Buyer beware!

Too bad I didn't see your review before I bought my 2 pair. The call center said I pay shipping back and that it will take ( at least ) 2 months to get a refund. Really? That is not a 30 day money back guarantee. And, all I did was try them on. Sad sad.

Good Fit - Good for Day or Evening Wear

I ordered these pants and was pleasantly surprised at the fit and length. My problem is my waist, which fit fine. The ankle length was perfect and the legs ( mine are skinny ) fit very well.

Terrible

I ordered three pairs of pants, and they were much too big and too short. I didn't exchange them for another size, because I thought the quality was very poor. So I called to get an RMA number and returned them. One month after they were delivered back to the company, I still hadn't received a refund so I emailed them. They hadn't even processed it yet! Apparently, they don't want to assume people will want their money back when they return stuff, so they play it safe and wait for you to ask for it. They claim they processed the refund after I emailed, but two weeks later I am still waiting for it. I am going to fill a grievance with my credit card company now.

I am sorry that you did not like the quality, unfortunately, we experienced an issue with our fabric, as we experienced a manufacturing issues as well and a technical issues with processing refunds, all have corrected. I purchased a pair of Little Black Pants. I had read some reviews good and bad and decided to try for myself.

I guess I don't understand all the fuss. The pants are great even if I had to exchange. I did need to exchange mine due to I have a tummy and a butt and I'm tall, so the the fit was a little off, but nothing major.

I called Customer Service the girl asked me a few questions and gave me the info I needed to return the pants.

I received them last week and they are great. I am hoping you come out with jeans really REALLY SOON!

Fit over Time

I purchased several pair. They fit well at first, but stretched over time so I'm disappointed. I didn't bother to return them, but I should have. I've worn them again, but with a long sweater to cover the areas that stretched: my waist and thigh area.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I received the wrong size when I first ordered. They sent me a size 0. I called customer service and the very pleasant service rep asked me a series of questions said that I was a size 14.1. I returned the size 0 and received my current size in a few days. The packing slip said no charge. They trusted that I would return the first pants. They fit perfectly. I have told several of my friends about the great service and how much I love my Little Black Pants.

I regret buying these pants. Pants were short and tight. Fabric not high quality. Required $9.95 for shipping and then again for return. Stick with zappos or Amazon for better service and quality.

Well, if you had a reasonable return policy. 2 months to get my money back? Really? I bought a pair of pants last April and they were perfect and arrived in a timely manner. Seems to me that you all are going through some serious quality control issues. Which is fine, but not fixing your issues. That's what's going to kill your business. Just sayin'.

Cheap Feeling Fabric

I saw the ad and thought the concept sounded interesting. The pants were not something that I want to keep. The fit was not so good but worse than that I felt the fabric looked and felt cheap. Will not be keeping. Very disappointed in the return process. They seem to make it as difficult as possible. I will follow all of the steps but have seen other reviews re this process also. Hope I have no trouble.

3rd Time Was Not a Charm

I tried three Separate times to get a good fit. The first pair was way too big in the waist and thighs, the second pair was better, but bunched up at the crotch ( very unflattering ) and the third pair was just loose all the way around. I really wanted these pants to work for me, because I hate shopping. But as it turned out, it was even more trouble than heading to the mall and I ended up with pants that will still need to be tailored to fit me. Fit aside, the customer service was quite good.

Worst Fit Ever

I waited until you offered tall sizes and ordered them. The length was great but the stride of the pant was the worst fit ever, did you research that tall people normally don't just have long legs their bodies are generally in proportion to their height. The first day I wore the pants the button came off, the side zipper is awkward. Alas, I was unable to return them as the 30 return option expired before I wore them. Worst fitting pant for tall people, go back to the drawing board and actually study tall women's bodies!

This is being addressed as we continue to grow & expand to meet the needs of the smaller percentage of women with specific issues in their fit. I Recommend Buying it!

I like Them But

I was skeptical that these would truly fit but they do! I don't have an hourglass figure so pants are always way too tight around my waist or baggy in butt and legs. These pants solve that problem! My biggest negatives are the side zipper and needing to shorten them 3 inches. If they ever offer a normal front zipper pant I will order more. The grey pants also seem a bit tighter than the black for some reason.

Very Poor

I was very disappointed in the pants. Fabric was thin and not a flattering fit. I wouldn't pay $5 for them.
However, that is the least of the problem. You can tell about a company by the way they treat refunds. I have been trying to get a refund for months. What they did do is send me more of their awful pants. I am sick of their run-around. Will file a complaint with my credit card company. I want my money back!

Wow, so glad I came here to read reviews before I completed my purchase! The website makes it very tempting, but who needs poor quality and crappy customer service. The risk is too great with the customer having to bear all the shipping costs on returns, then it sounds like an ordeal to actually get credit - and laughing at the statement that a 30-day return policy is "generous" - insulting to potential customers' intelligence.

Little Black Pant Company a Rip Off

I went by their questionnaire and the pants were huge on me. I sent them an email and 17 days later I got a response that they received it and someone would be in touch with me. That was over a week ago. So now into almost a month since I bought them. No one contacted me. It's suppose to be a guaranteed fit but yet you have to put out the cost to send them back in hopes that another pair will fit. I Decided to just buy another pair and these fit better but the waist band rolls when I sit down and have to adjust it each and every time. I am 5'4 and 125 pounds. It's not like I have a stomach causing this problem. Do not buy these pants. At the cost it is not worth it! Rip off.

Terrible Fit! 1970's Return Process

I went through the steps to get to my size and these pants didn't come anywhere close to fitting. To make a return, you literally have to call them to get some number, then create your own label with that number to return. Because you are shipping yourself, I think you must go to the post office to get the right postage. It's been years since I've seen a return process like this. Wish I would have looked into return process before ordering but I assumed every online merchant has up to date return processes!

Wish I Had Read These Reciews

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering a pair of the pants. The pants they sent me fit me poorly. As another reviewer commented, the side zipper is positioned so far to the back that it requires contortions to zip it. The fabric is cheap and flimsy; the seams show through and the fabric is shiny over them. I have just started the arcane return process, which involves calling the company, insisting to a customer service rep that I want a refund not an exchange, and getting a number which must be written on the invoice and the outside of the packaging. Based on what I read here, I will make sure that I send the return with tracking and I guess I won't hold my breath for a refund.

Too Big and Long

I, who normally wears a 16, went by the fitting questions and got 14.2, so I ordered them and finally received them. Put one pair on and the waist is 3" too big, keep dropping but the length is like a tall, I am 5'7. 5", and so I am going to wash in warm water and dry to see if they shrink. Otherwise I guess I will have them altered.

In reading your comments I want to ask you if you called customer service to exchange them & / or ask for a Fit specialist to help you troubleshoot to find your proper fit. Even though you answered the questions to the best of your ability, sometimes you need to try a second pair to find your correct shape. Rest assured we do not expect you to wash them to try to shrink them nor have to alter them. The technology I created is based on years of research & development tested on 60,000 women. Being that this fit system is a new concept & a totally new way for women to shop, I strongly recommend all customers to call customer service, troubleshoot with a Fit specialist in order to receive your perfect fit. Wording Suggestion

It would sound so much better to re-word some of this. Instead of saying "problem" change it to something not so negative. Most women already hate their bodies or parts of their bodies and your wording just reinforces this idea. Stop making women feel bad about their bodies. That would be refreshing to see. Words mean a lot.

Disappointed!

Just received my pants in the mail. I am very disappointed. The fabric is flimsy and the fit is not very flattering for my shape. For the money that I paid, I was expecting quality fabric. Will NOT recommend to my friends. I'll just stick to the stores I trust.

Love Them :)

Just received my two pairs yesterday. I am in love with these pants. I have never been able to find dress pants that fit well or are comfortable. The few simple questions to get my size were bang on and they fit perfectly, are flattering and comfortbale. So happy I gave them a try.

Beware - Follow-up Your Refund like a Hawk!

Lies about perfect fit! Had to return twice and refund never showed for 2 motnhs until I called them, when I noticed it did not get back to my account! Do not buy the "surprised" act they put on, that yours is a rare case of delayed refund issuance - other reviews I have read were exact same thing!
Lesson - do not buy their product- hoopla is definitely false!
Read the ripoff report ( google it ) about their finances!

Customer Service Issues

Little Black Pant: Warning! ( 1 ) The customer is required to pay the return shipping costs. They do not tell you this upon purchase. You also have to return via Tracking Number or you have no proof of return. This should have been made very clear during the hard sell campaign of purchase.

( 2 ) You can not request a return approval number by Email. Everything else is done by email with that company, but if you want to return, they require you to telephone in. And, their telephone answering hours are NOT 24 hours, so you must call during their business hours.

( 3 ) They do not tell you upon purchase that it takes ONE month or more from the time you order until the time they ship. In fact, after 3 weeks I sent an email inquiring of my order, and that is how I learned when they planned to ship.

So, the company has serious customer service issues. In addition, the pants did not fit well. They boast a low return rate, but likely they make it so difficult and costly to return, the return rate has more to do with a frustrated return process that customers give up ( which is why it is made so difficult ).

The pants were made in the USA which a huge plus, but the hard-sell and upsell that they use upon acquiring your purchase order is not matched by equally savvy or well-defined customer service procedures. All in all, it's a thumbs down and could easily improve with basic changes to the customer service procedures.

Poor Fabric

Love the fit with my high hips and flat butt. Eliminates a lot of the baggy fit in butt and upper thigh. I don't like how my slacks are getting fuzz balls on them. It looks like tiny lint balls. I wash them with my colored clothes. Has anyone else had this problem? I hope they will change to a smoother sheen like fabric. I never have problems with that fabric.

NO Customer Service!

Omg, if you're accustomed to dealing with Amazon or zappo's, do not go near that company! ( or prepare to reeeeeally lower your expectations! )
I ordered 2 pairs; took 10 days to arrive, they were sort of target quality, but I gave them a chance. They stretched so much that they were slipping off by end of day! I called customer service, they advised sizing down. So I shipped the other pairs back ( at my expense! ) and waited and waited. Called cs again, "oh, they are on their way---you'll receive a tracking number soon! " I waited and waited and waited. Called cs again, "oh they are on back order" asked to just cancel my order. Very nice cs agent, but I don't have much faith that i'll ever see my $100 ( or the pants! ).

DON'T BUY--

Ordered pants for a friend and they did not fit. Sent them back and now over a month later still have not received a refund. Today was my 3rd time talking to them and they keep saying they will credit my acct. I talked to someonat the attorney general office in sacramento and opened a case against them. Let's see. Check out all of the complaints.

I am having a similar experience with them. Cannot get my refund and each time I call, I get a bogus excuse like "our refund dept. Had a problem with refunds processed May 25-June 1. " Of course, my refund was "supposedly" issued June 1. I am completely dissatisfied with that company!

A Total Scam

Terrible service. I ordered the pants, they sent an email they were on back order but would send the capris right away if that was acceptable.

I said yes but questioned why capris would be the same cost as full length “pants. ”

They did not answer but sent the capris. They are cheap, low quality and worse than a pair of pants I’d find at local store.

A total scam.

Ill Fitted Pants

That company has the worst customer service! After waiting many months for delivery of these pants that did not fit based on their “FitLogic” I attempted to return beyond their 30 day window which I wasn’t aware had even passed due to my constant travel. The response for an exchange was an email that stated I was beyond that time frame so no exchange and to “have a nice day. ” Come on you can’t cut a break to a customer who waited months for you to deliver these ill fitted pants? Very poor customer service.

Ordered pants and liked them. Tried to order 3 more pants in different style and colors. Waited for them to be sent out. No luck. Called several times and was told the pants were availed and didn't know why they weren't sent. Then someone else told me partial order was availed and would be sent. Just got call from I believe to be India and was told they had no idea when I would get order. I cancelled the whole thing!

Disappointed and Angry

that company is a scam. I think it should be investigated. They take people's money and do not refund when there is a problem. Took forever to get the pants which were made by very cheap products. And when I finally got the pants. I'm a 5'4'' woman. I would have needed to hem 4-5 inches off. Really FITLOGIC. What a joke. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks to get my refund. If I do not hear back in a couple of days I will be posting that company as a scam on social media and warning people not to buy from that company. Save other people from making the mistake I did by thinking they are a legit company.

Cheap

The fabric of the black pants was not at all what I expected. It felt so flimsy and cheap.
I too was surprised that return shipping was not included. In the end I paid almost $14.00 to try on a pair of cheap pants that did not fit.
I would not recommend ordering them.

I Recommend Buying it!

Great, but Not Perfect

The fit for these is good. I did the online thing, was told I was 14.3, but had to send them back for a larger size. They were great about the return. The pants fit and look good. I got both the ankle and straight styles. I like the ankle pant much, much better. I wear it pretty frequently, and would much more often if it weren't for the zipper. It's way around on the left hand side of the pant, and it's not very high quality. It has a strong tendency to get stuck. I feel like I need to take up yoga just to be able to get the pant zipped. I really wish they'd use a higher quality zipper; I'd probably order more of the ankle pant if they did.

Fit So-so, Material Disappointing

The fit on these pants ( except for the length ) was pretty good. However, I am only 5'4" and needed to hem quite substantially. So if fit is their thing, they are totally missing the boat. Additionally, after only four washes, the material started to pill badly. They are now around-the-house only pants.

I have to say that fabric quality throughout the industry has suffered. So I am not surprised that some of the fabric is not holding up.

WAY TOO LONG

The length on these is ridiculous. I am 5'6" with medium-to-long legs. The "regular" pant is 4 inches too long. I am wearing the ankle pants as regular pants.

This site indicates Little Black Pants are $39.95 with free shipping at TV Stuff. So I go to that site and do a search for Little Black Pants and it can't be found. What gives? I got my hopes up thinking I could save some money and get free shipping only to find out it's a sham.

Hideous Pants!

Thought I would try these, but very disappointed. They arrived after I had left for a trip ( slow shipping. ) and now they refuse to return them or exchange them. Thought I might exchange for another size to fir my 93 year old mother. Enough said. DO NOT buy these. Poor quality and horrid customer service.

I need help to re fit my pants, the lady I called referred me over to you, my waist is 44 inches, hips 41, and my leg where it joys the torso is 21 inches. My number is 00074944, I bought 3 pair, the waist and length are great only the butt and hips looks like a half bag of groceries. Please help I had a super surgery on my stomach and bladder, colon, sigmoid colon 3 years ago so my size will stay the same, no diets.

Don't Buy These

When my pants didn't fit right, I returned them and was told the new size would be mailed out that day. After 10 weeks and calling twice and still being told they were being back ordered; they finally agreed to a refund: less shipping and handling because they said they had to pay the shipper. I also had to pay an extra $10 to return them so I'm out $16.55. And there has been no refund. Should have read this site first!

Inexplicable Length Issue

You would think a company based on proper fit for all body types would offer different length pants. They sort of do, each style is a different length, but if you want the length to be righf you may have to order a style you don't like. In other words, each style is available in only one length and in my case the style I prefer is 4 inches too long.
I did get good customer service to exchange them for a better all over fit. Quality of fabric and manufacture seems about average.

BUYER BEWARE

Beware! Very disappointing shopping experience. Ordered 2 pair. Still hadn't received 3 weeks after order was submitted. I called and was told they were out of stock / back ordered. Would have been decent customer service to notify me to inform me of such status since they had processed my payment, but no. I had to call 2 different times to ask them to email me the shipping status and finally the tracking info. They do not do this automatically like most other on line retailers.

Finally got them. Terrible fit, flimsy fabric and the side zipper is positioned so far back, I displaced ribs just trying to twist to fasten them. I sent them back, paying $11 priority shipping ( just so I could have tracking ) to ensure fit logic gets them in a more timely fashion than I received them. Per tracking, they were delivered on 5 / 25.

I also read that my refund will be "processed" up to 7 business days after fit logic gets my returned pants. Up to 7 business days? Ok, what can I do about it? The pants don't work, I just want my refund. I called after 9 business days when I don't see the refund has been issued to my credit card ( tues 6 / 7 ) and was told it was processed on 6 / 1, but could take up to 6 / 10 to show up on my credit card. "if you don't see it by friday, call us back. ".

Potential Client

I am interested in these pants but the Cricket Lee CEO Founder responses to customer complaints or frustrations have really turned me off. It seems stunningly shortsighted to respond in such a self-righteous manner. Often the responses come off as defensive and resentful. It is not surprising there are quality and / or service issues if this is the attitude of the management.

However without happy customers there would be no business. Clients do not need to be told they are wrong. Often an expression of sympathy will leave them feeling at least content if not happy and a content client is much better than a frustrated one. I am left believing that the problems presented by the clients have not and will not be corrected so it would be foolish to risk a similar experience as many of these reviews express. Too bad cause he pants seem like a good idea.

Wondering about the Status of my Order

I placed an order for a pair of these pants on 11 / 4 / 17. I did get a confirmation that they had received it, but no status since. I sure wish that I had read these reviews before I placed my order. I am sure that my credit card has been charged, but no information about when the order will be shipped. I am also concerned about their return policy. I, too, hate to go to stores, and try on things, but the reviews, here, pretty much confirm that I will have to do so.

Bad Company

I realized many months later while preparing my taxes that I was charged for an order I never received and they refused to do anything and the tracking number they gave me is now invalid and it's been less than a year, plus fed ex cannot pull the delivery and I can't file a claim because it's been over 9 months. Very fishy and I would not order form a company like this ever again. I didn't keep track because I had ordered so many chistmas gifts online last year and it's my busy time of year with medicare season so I didn't notice that order was not delivered. Bad company - don't order from them.

Poor Customer Service

I was charged for pants, tried to exchange them. That companys procedure is very slow and full of errors. Long wait on the phone. They botched the exchange by shipping the wrong size-their error. Then refused to ship the correct product express. Another lengthy phone call, time wasted with no results. End result my card was charged too long ago, they have my funds and I have no pants. I would not do business with that company. The pants are nice and fit well. However the customer service is terrible. I wonder how they stay in business.

I'm totally shocked at the negativity in these reviews. You're saying information is not disclosed, however you aren't reading everything in the website. I know, I don't always read all the stuff at the bottom of the webpage like terms & conditions. Read the fine print ladies or call or email for the info. that company has provided me with the best customer service & satisfaction with their product. We all need to band together ladies & support each other, not tear down, if we want a solution to our clothing dilemmas. Cricket lee is doing what no other company has done. Imagine shopping & knowing your size & shape, picking it off the rack & never having to try it on because you know it will fit! That's how I want to shop from now on!

Horrible Customer Service

That pants were too tight. They tried to pressure me into exchanging instead of returning. When I said no they informed me a return shipment would be "on your own dollar. " I told them they were way behind the times on that ( which retailers make you pay for return shipping these days? ) and I got an abrupt "thank you, goodbye. " never again.

The lengths are in the detail section when you go to check out. Kind of hidden and definitely not obvious. The classic has a 33 inch inseam and the Ankle Slim a 30. It would be nice if offered more lengths and also waistlines. I don't like low waisted pants.

We currently offer our in our classic lbp : regular: inseam 33" - height 5'4" to 5'8", short: inseam 29" - height 5'4" and under, tall: inseam 36" - height 5'8" and above.

We offer an ankle slim with a inseam - 30" and a crop with a 26.5.

When I ordered--less than 20 minutes ago--I did not realized these pants had a side zipper. I am handicapped and cannot handle a side zipper. I trust you will be sensitive to my issue and will not send nor charge me for the pants.

I have a Question

Need to Return

Hello.
I received my three pairs of classic pants ( brown, black, gray ) all in the same size: 10.3. What's shocking is not just that none of them fit, but that each pair fits differently! The black is much too small, couldn't even button them. The gray was able to be zipped and buttoned but looked too hideously tight to wear in public. The brown pair is "acceptable" so I could probably keep those, unless you think a different size would work better.

How do I go about returning these 2 or 3 pairs, please?

I have a Question

Bad Fit & You Have to Pay for Shipping Both Ways!

I got these pants and was optimistic but found it hard to answer the questions. They lumped thighs and butt together but I have a flat butt but thick thighs. I did my best but when I got the pants, I knew they would be awful. They were wide in odd spots for an ankle pant style and were so high waisted - the rise is the same on all pants so that was not so much an issue of the size I got but how they choose to design these pants. The came well above my belly button which I personally cannot stand on pants.
I had also learned right after I ordered that they have a side zip - another issue I have with pants and that usually indicates they will be high waisted. I tried to cancel my order but the pants had shipped out before they could respond, even though I tried to cancel just a few hours after I placed the order.
Now, I am on the hook for the shipping to get them here ( $7 ) and the cost to ship them back. So, I will end up losing $15+ for nothing. That the thanks I get for taking a chance on that company. Terrible way to treat a customer, as they could develop new styles that might be more appropriate for someone like me - but now I would never dream of trying from them again. Why risk my money?

If your company is all about the 'perfect fit' why don't you take height & / or inseam into consideration & have the length of the pants fit accordingly so no one needs to pay extra when they get them to have them hemmed? I am certainly not ordering pants online to have them 'maybe' fit in waist / hips / butt just to have to take them to a tailor for hemming. Dumb. So, has this 'length too long' issue been resolved or will it be soon? Thanks!

Inseam

Would be interested, but one huge flaw. I'm 5'11" and even though you might be correct in my sizing there is no mention of pant length. Believe me. If I order the ankle pant, it won't be any where near my ankle! Why don't they take inseam into consideration?
