How It Works

A small motor in LegXercise works to gently move two pedals in a forward and backward motion which actually mimics walking. All you have to do is place your feet on the pedals and the machine does the work for you. It makes sure your legs are constantly moving which increases blood flow to your heart. As blood is pumped into your heart, your heart works harder to circulate the blood throughout your body which results in increased blood circulation.
