Instant Heat

Instant Heat is a small heater that can be installed indoors and outdoors, and regardless of where you install it, it'll heat up the area immediately around you after you turn it on. Instead of causing heat to rise and then circulate through an entire room or large space, as many indoor heating units do, it'll quickly send heat directly towards the people in that space. This heater can be mounted on the wall or the ceiling, and it comes with a remote control.

How to Use (Step by Step)

  1. Install Heater

Before you start taking advantage of Instant Heat, you'll need to install it by using the mount brackets for your wall or ceiling that are included with each device. Most users will be able to do this without help, but you'll need some small tools that you probably already have around your home, such as a drill and measuring tape.

  2. Choose Setting and Enjoy Heat

After your heater is securely mounted on a wall or ceiling, you'll be able to enjoy soothing heat whenever you enter the area. You'll need to use the included remote control to turn the heating device on and choose between four different heat settings. You can also set a timer that will make the heater turn on and off at certain times. If you don't use the timer, the device's motion sensors will turn it on when you enter a room and turn it off when you leave.

How It Works

Each heater contains a carbon fiber bulb filament that enables it to produce infrared thermal waves of heat that are invisible to the naked eye. Instead of moving to the left or right, downwards, or towards the ceiling, these rays will immediately move directly towards people in the area near the heater, heating everyone up instantly. Therefore, it'll take only seconds for everyone within an area to become comfortably warm, even if you're all sitting outdoors on a patio, on a deck or in some other area separate from the home.

  • Long and Skinny

This heater has a long, skinny design. When it's hanging horizontally on a wall or ceiling, as it has been designed to, it'll be much wider across than it is tall. The fact that it's very narrow, in a vertical sense, will stop it from taking up tons of space on whatever wall or ceiling you mount it to. It also won't be very conspicuous in appearance, especially if you mount it close to the top of a wall.

  • Weather Resistant

You can safely use one of these heaters in rain, snow, fog, and wind without worrying about it getting damaged. While some outdoor heaters will experience a drop in performance when heavy winds come up, this one will continue to heat whatever area it's meant to just as effectively as it does with minimal wind.

  • Remote Control Included

If you're sitting near your heater and want to turn it on or change the heat setting, you won't even need to get up to do so. Instead, you'll be able to use the included remote control. You'll be able to use this small control to set the timer on your heater, too, if you choose.

Positive Points

  • Good for Fall, Winter Parties

When you have an Instant Heat heater, you'll be able to continue entertaining guests outdoors well after the onset of cool and even chilly weather. You'll just have to mount your heater somewhere on an outside wall of your home that's fairly close to where you'll be sitting with your guests. If you do this, you'll also be able to enjoy relaxing alone outdoors when it's cold, without getting super-chilly, either.

  • Ideal for Small Rooms

Since one of these heaters won't take up a great deal of space, that makes them an ideal choice for small bedrooms and even small apartments, such as bachelor apartments. You may be able to hang it in a college dorm room that tends to get drafty—just make sure you check with the establishment before you begin the installation process. Keep in mind that if you've got more than one small room in your dwelling that could use some more heat, there's nothing wrong with getting more than one Instant Heat.

Negative Points

  • Can't Move Instantly

Due to the fact that your Instant Heat will need to be installed with screws, and you'll likely have to use a drill to mount it, you won't be able to move it in seconds. It'll take at least minutes to take it down and re-install it again if you decide that you want it to be mounted in a different location.

  • Unsafe to Touch

While experiencing infrared rays in the form of heat isn't dangerous, you don't want to expose your body to them in the form of touch. Just as you wouldn't touch a hot stove, you'll have to avoid touching this heater unless it's powered down, and tell everyone else in your environment to avoid touching it.

Save Money

An alternative to using Instant Heat to heat an outdoor space is using an outdoor gas heater instead. However, if you use one of these, you'll have to keep obtaining a certain amount of replacement gas, and filling it up again and again. If you want to be warm immediately after stepping outside, you'll also have to start up the heater and run it while you're still indoors, since it won't work as quickly as Instant Heat. This, unfortunately, will only use up more gas.

I have something to say!

I presume that the heater must be wired to a 240 volt outlet of some description there is no mention of power supply in the simple mounting instructions or any pictures of power cords in your ads.
