10 Winters Later
Been using the Iheater since the winter of 2010. Still running 10 years later. It runs constantly 6 months out of the year keeping the temperature in our family room at 67 degrees. Remote still works, even though I accidentally laid it on a wood stove years ago and melted it a little. It heats our family room ( sq) and is able to keep up unless the temperature outside goes below 20 degrees Fahrenheit.

Customer Service Lousy
The Iheater is a great heater and works great but when you have a problem with it, there is no way to get help. The number in the instruction manual is not right. And the website address in the instructuion manual is not right. I would not get one in case something goes wrong.
