Ice Cube Pro is a plastic device for your freezer that's meant to hold 18 one-inch ice cubes. This device is purported to be more sanitary than ordinary ice cube trays, since you won't have to touch the cubes with your hands, and more environmentally friendly than single-use bags of ice. It's stated that each blue and white freezable container is free of BPA and phthalates, two potentially toxic chemical substances that are still added to various plastic products today.
The cost of Ice Cube Pro is $19.99 plus $6.99 shipping. The special TV offer allows you to receive a second Ice Cube Pro at the discounted price of only $9.99 for a total price of $36.97.

While holding your Ice Cube Pro so that it's taller than it is wide, find the white lid on one end and pull it off. If the white lid isn't on the end that's closest to you, the device is upside-down and must be flipped. Once you remove the lid, you'll see a hole through which you can fill your device with water from your tap or another source. Fill it generously, but don't fill it so full that it's overflowing, and remember to put its lid back on afterward.
After making sure that your plastic device's lid is secure, place the device in your freezer for six or seven hours. Typically, this will freeze the water you've added to it into 18 different one-inch ice cubes. However, if you open the lid and the water's not quite frozen, you'll need to leave the container in the freezer for a couple more hours or so.
Once the water inside your Ice Cube Pro has been properly frozen, and ice cubes have thereby been created, you'll need to shake them loose. To do so, pull on the white straps (one will be on each side of the device) and shake the container at the same time, with the lid open. This will fully separate the quantity of ice inside into 18 smaller chunks, so you can use those 18 pieces individually.
Finally, after the shaking is done, you'll be able to add your newly created ice cubes to drinks, eat them on their own, or do whatever else you'd normally do with ice cubes. If you have any leftover cubes, you can keep them in their container and return them to the freezer until they're needed. For a refreezing, just remember to put your container's lid back on tightly.
Each Ice Cube Pro is a thermo-effective container, which means that it's been engineered to help keep what's inside at the same cold temperature for as long as possible. Therefore, after you remove this type of container from your freezer, the ice that's inside it won't immediately (or even quickly) begin to melt. Due to the container's design, you can actually expect the ice to stay fairly cold and firm for a few hours, as long as it's kept at room temperature without being exposed to heat.
Aside from being thermo-effective, each Ice Cube Pro's container is also airtight. As a result, the ice inside it won't be exposed to the open air like ice that's resting inside a standard ice cube tray typically is. That means bacteria and odors will have little to no chance of entering the device, and since its insides won't be exposed to a lot of moist air, they'll be unlikely to grow mold.
Similarly, each of these containers has a watertight lid, which means that when you store yours in your freezer, it's unlikely that water will ever dribble out onto other items in there. You also won't end up getting fewer ice cubes than you expect due to water leaking out of the device before it's able to freeze.
It's been mentioned that each Ice Cube Pro container is free of BPA and phthalates, and along the same lines, it's also free of any potentially toxic material. Consequently, you can enjoy the ice cubes you take from this device without worrying that you're exposing yourself (or your family and friends) to toxicity.
If you decide to get more than one of these ice holders, you'll be able to stack them on top of each other, which will help you save space in your freezer. On the other hand, if you were to use standard plastic ice cube trays of slightly different shapes and sizes, you may not be able to balance them as effectively in a stack.
These ice cube holders come in sets of two, so if you fill and freeze your entire set, you'll get a total of 36 ice cubes to use. In a set, both holders will be blue and white, and the two of them will also be completely identical.
If thinking about someone else's fingers touching your ice cubes makes you squirm, it may come as a relief that no one will be touching the cubes when you use an Ice Cube Pro. Instead, after someone has shaken the device and divided the ice into cubes, anyone will be able to pour some cubes directly into a drink or elsewhere without handling them with their fingers. This means that if someone in your household or the group you're gathering with is sick, they'll be less likely to pass their germs onto everyone else who uses ice.
The Ice Cube Pro is compact enough to be taken almost anywhere in a cooler. While it's in there, it can double as an ice pack and relieve you of the responsibility of carrying an additional one. Even in the summer, if you leave your cooler in the shade, this device will likely stay cool for up to hours at a time, and keep the other things in your cooler cool, too.
You'll be able to clean this type of container in your dishwasher, if you'd like to, and to more effectively do so, you'll be able to temporarily divide it into three pieces. To keep producing ice cubes that are as sanitary as possible, you should clean it after every few uses, at least. If you don't have a dishwasher, it's safe to wash it with soap and water.
If you use traditional ice cube trays, you may spend a great deal of time twisting the plastic while trying to get single ice cubes out. To avoid touching the cubes, you might even take the time to try and lift them out with a spoon or fork, without a high rate of success. Fortunately, you'll be able to get your ice cubes out of your Ice Cube Pro much more quickly than this. After you've shaken the device up for a few seconds, while hanging onto its straps, any ice cube will freely drop into a glass in front of you.
