HD Smart Ear is a discreet, behind-the-ear hearing aid for seniors or anyone else who has experienced or is experiencing hearing loss. This hearing aid is battery-operated and can be worn on either ear. If you have trouble with your hearing in both ears, you can even wear two of these at once. The HD Smart Ear has four sound settings so you can turn it up when you're in a noisy environment and turn it down lower when you're in a quieter one.
The cost of HD Smart Ear is $59.98 and the shipping is FREE!
Price is from As Seen on TV Commercial page: hdsmartear.com
To put on your hearing aid, simply hook it behind the ear you want to wear it in, as you would the arm of a pair of eyeglasses.
After your hearing aid is hooked behind your ear, gently slide the white, mushroom-shaped ear tip into your chosen ear. If the ear tip is facing away from your ear, you'll need to flip the hearing aid over, as that indicates that it's been put on upside down. Do not force the white tip into your ear any further than it will go comfortably—it should be resting against the outside of your ear's inner hole, as opposed to being jammed inside.
Once you've gone through the first two steps above, you'll need to turn your hearing aid on by using the power button behind your ear. You'll then be able to choose between four different sound settings based on the environment you're in. To cycle through these, just use the other buttons on the back of the aid. If you need help, consult the included instruction manual.
After you've chosen a sound setting that suits you, you'll be able to hear virtually anything, such as conversations, nature sounds, and music with acute clarity. Keep in mind, however, that you may need to change your aid's sound settings when you change environments. You might need to turn the aid up when you walk into a crowded public place full of people talking, while the lowest sound setting may enable you to hear everything in your quiet backyard.
Each HD Smart Ear is battery operated, so you won't be restricted to areas with electrical outlets while you're wearing it. You'll also receive three extra batteries with each aid, and each battery has a long life, so you won't run out quickly.
This hearing aid can be worn on either ear, so you can wear it on the ear that you have the most difficulty with or move it between the two. You will have the option of getting two and wearing one on each ear at the same time if you feel that's necessary.
The sound that comes out of every HD Smart Ear device is full, rich and clear without offering too much treble or too much bass sound. You'll be able to hear sounds in your environment in the way that people who don't need hearing aids do, instead of hearing overly high-pitched or gravelly noises.
Since each hearing aid is quite slim and will fit behind one ear, people probably won't notice it immediately upon seeing you. Therefore, if you're embarrassed about being perceived as someone with hearing problems, it'll be better for you to wear this hearing aid than a larger, less discreet type. Plus, if you're an earring enthusiast, it won't get in the way of any earrings you want to put on.
If the ear tip on your hearing aid gets worn down or dirty, you won't have to put up with that, as each hearing aid comes with five extra identical ones. To replace an old one, just pull it off gently and gently slide the new one on, putting as little pressure on the new one as possible as you do so.
The HD Smart Ear hasn't been designed specifically for men or women, or for people with ears of a certain size. Instead, it'll fit almost any adult, regardless of the size or shape of their ears. It is possible to share one with someone else, but each user should have their own ear tips, so there's no risk of passing around germs.
If you've got hearing issues but aren't doing anything to treat it, you may annoy other people in your household by listening to the television or other electronics on full blast. Fortunately, once you start wearing one or more of these hearing aids, you probably won't have to do this anymore, as you'll be able to hear all your electronics at a moderate volume.
Aside from enhancing your enjoyment of your electronics, wearing an HD Smart Ear also promotes an active social life. More specifically, the device will enable you to enjoy nature walks, concerts, movies, group conversations and other social activities more fully. You won't always be asking people to repeat what they've said, changing your posture or being left out of conversations and experiences altogether because you can't hear like your friends do.
To obtain some hearing aids, you'll need a doctor's prescription, but you won't need any prescription at all to obtain an HD Smart Ear. The same goes if you ever need a replacement—all that's required is your own decision that you need some hearing help.
While you can safely wear one of these hearing aids nearly anywhere, it's not stated that it's waterproof, so it may not be suitable for the bath, the shower, or any body of water. It could also get damaged if you were to wear it outdoors in heavy rain or snow with no hat covering it.
The HD Smart Ear has been designed to fit all adult ears, but there's a good chance that it's too big to fit the ears of most children. It would be helpful if a smaller child's size could be made available, since many children struggle with their hearing and would appreciate a discreet device, too.
As no prescription is required to obtain one of these aids, you'll be able to save the time that you'd spend waiting in a doctor's waiting room and office for an aid of another type. Furthermore, you won't have to spend time going through hearing tests that a doctor might choose to put you through before offering you a prescription. Instead, once the HD Smart Ear arrives at your home, you'll be able to have it in your chosen ear in minutes.
Even if you want to be able to hear things more clearly, or at a louder volume, it's best not to use this hearing aid if you're not at all hearing-impaired. At its lowest setting, its volume may still be too loud for someone with perfect hearing and could end up actually damaging their ears.

Worse good for about 3 months then just quit working you should stand behind this product. I believe it would be great if you could find out why it just stops working for no apparent reason.

I have one of these hearing aids and it lasted 3 months. I have tried to contact the company and got no response. I purchased this item on sale for 90.00. I am Canadian so with duty and whatever other charges the final bill came to a ridiculous $144.00. When it worked it worked fine. For the price, It should last longer than 3 months.

I have been hearing impaired since birth I'm 41 yrs old now. In the last 6 to 7 years my hearing a gotten to the point that even listening to my gf talking in a quiet room with no background noise was a massive struggle for me. I tried other as seen on TV products that promise to improve the sound for the user but none really worked. Then on accident, I found HD Smart Hearing at Walmart what a deal. I've been using this product for almost a month and it's totally an awesome product. I can hear my gf and friends better than ever and the TV is not so loud anymore. The real good thing is for the first time in 6-7 years I can hear my little kitty meow at me again when she needs me also for the first time I could clearly hear my gf cat meow. So this product works for me really awesomely plus get yourself a hearing aid dehumidifier dryer at Amazon for under $10 to keep this product in good working order.

Walmart in the pharmacy.
These are as good as they say they are. I have had multiple types of hearing aids that cost thousands and hundreds. I hated them and I absolutely love these. I could hardly hear my wife, TV or my phone and now I can.
