You can save hundreds of dollars compared to the cost of professional grout cleaning or the cost of replacing your grout.
It works with any cleaning solution you already use.
It is electric, cordless, and powerful.
This unit produces 3600 pulsations per minute.
The unit is extendable so that you can reach wherever the grout might be.
Allegedly this unit is so fun and powerful that you can make cleaning less of a chore.
When you order you get the Grout Runner tools, telescoping poles that run for feet in length, two flat head scrub heads into angled scrub heads, plus the scrubbing head bonus package. The difference scrubbing heads are important because they each help you clean very specific things. Angled brushes are ideal for things like the bathroom, your shower, or your kitchen. Flathead brush is what you want to use running across long stretches of grout.
If you are trying to clean grout along a small tile counter or any type of kitchen wall, you can unhook the cleaner from the wheels and simply hold it by hand. Holding in my hand means you can run it along small spaces, extending the handle means you can reach tall places. Attaching it to the small wheelbase means you can run it along your floor easily.
This unit does run on four AA batteries which are not included. Obviously the amount of battery power required is contingent upon how often you use it to clean and how much pressure is applied when you clean.
When it comes to the appropriate degreasing agent, make sure you know exactly what type of grout you have in your home so that you can choose the appropriate cleaner. Different colored grout might require different cleaners to avoid staining or discoloring the flooring. Check with the people who installed the grout if you have any specific questions. Sticking to grout specific cleaning products can help you to avoid most of these issues. Always apply the cleaning products as instructed on the bottle even when you are using this tool.
Rather than bending down on hands and knees to transcribe your tiles floor or grout, now you can hook the pieces together and extend the handle as high as you need.
Adjust the handle to the appropriate height so that you can stand upright. Apply your favorite cleaning solution to the grout.
Place the small wheels on either side of your grout line so that the middle scrubber approximately the size of most grout lines up perfectly.
Run it up and down the grout. Conversely, run it sideways along the grout on your walls.
Watch as the pulsations naturally spin and clean your crowd up to 80% better than you could possibly do on your hands and knees.
This unit is different from competing products for a few reasons. First, it is battery powered, rather than cord powered. This means you can literally use it anywhere so long as you have batteries. Without a cord, there is nothing to trip you up when you are using it. Second, the part of the tool which is responsible for the fast pulsations can be detached. Taking it off the floor based push cart part of the tool allows you to then use it by hand to reach smaller spaces. Putting it back means you can push the cleaner across your floor.
Grout is designed to lock your tiles in place and keep out water. Doing so get your flooring and your walls a finished look. Most people do not take notice of grout until become sustained or cracked. However, it prevents the edges of your tiles from shipping while simultaneously bonding the tiles together. It is imperative that you take care of it properly.
Whether you have epoxy grout or cement grout, you still need to take care of it the same way. Regardless of color, years of food, grease, alongside other stains can penetrate the surface leaving it looking rather dingy. Extreme cases might call for re-tiling or regrouting new grout but most of the time all you need is a stiff bristle brush with a decreasing agent to clean it. Spot cleaning helps you to dig out stains in problem areas, easily removing the buildup.
