Grip Egg is a small, egg-shaped object made of flexible, high-quality silicone that will help you grip virtually any small object without dropping it or experiencing wrist pain. You can use it to hold things such as pens, pencils, forks, knives, your toothbrush, a paintbrush, or a screwdriver. It's ideal for people with arthritis who struggle to hold onto things tightly, but anyone who has sore hands or is dealing with a slippery object may find it useful.
The cost of Grip Egg is $10.00 plus $6.99 shipping, for a total price of $16.99.
This price was obtained from the As Seen on TV commercial page ( www.gripegg.com ) which was taken offline due to Grip Egg being discontinued. Grip Egg may still be found for sale on Amazon or Ebay.

To start using Grip Egg, slide an object's handle through the hole running through the egg's center. Even if the handle is slightly larger than the hole, the egg's flexible silicone will stretch a bit to allow said handle through.
Once your Grip Egg is attached to the object you want to use, wrap your hands around the egg in any way you choose, and begin using the object as you normally would. The object will not fall out, since as soon as its handle is inside the egg, the egg's silicone will mold itself to its shape and size.
One you're done using your object, you can leave your egg attached to it for the next use, or you can simply slide it off. Once again, the egg's hole will stretch a little to accommodate a slightly thicker-than-average handle.
Each Grip Egg is made from white, medical-grade silicone that is resistant to rips or punctures, so your egg will likely last you a long time—even years!
This device is both compact and lightweight, so you'll be able to carry it with you almost anywhere, regardless of the size of your handbag, backpack, or briefcase. It may even fit comfortably in your pants pocket.
Grip Egg comes in sets of two eggs, so if you choose, you'll be able to leave one at home and take one with you outside the home. Alternatively, you may want to leave each in a different room, such as one in the kitchen with your cooking utensils and the other in the garage with your tools.
Although you can wipe off your egg with a damp cloth when it's just slightly dirty, it's also safe to put in the dishwasher when it needs a more thorough cleaning.
If you're experiencing wrist pain due to arthritis or another condition or injury, you may be finding it difficult to participate in some of your hobbies, such as painting or building things. However, Grip Egg will allow you to participate without great difficulty again, as you'll be able to grip the small objects you need to with far less, if any, pain. Even if you're completely healthy, using this device will also help prevent you from ever straining your wrists.
It's annoying when small objects slide right out of one's hands and break or get damaged, especially if they need to be replaced, but fortunately, Grip Egg will help prevent such accidents from occurring.
If you tend to experience wrist pain or strain while you're holding a fork, knife, or other utensil to eat, the size of your Grip Egg will benefit you. You'll be able to carry it in your purse or a large pocket to a restaurant, and slide it onto any utensil at the table. Since it's so small ( like a regular egg! ) it's unlikely that many people will even notice it's there.
This device would appear more interesting if it came in a variety of colors or even designs, instead of just white. If more than one person in a household were to have one, this would also help them tell whose was whose.
The Grip Egg's small size is beneficial when you want to take the device somewhere, but being that size, it could also get misplaced quickly. Since so many household and personal care objects are white, it might be difficult to put your hands on it in a messy kitchen drawer or a backpack chocked full of stuff.
The Grip Egg will hold a variety of different objects, but it will not wrap around very large objects, such as a golf club or baseball bat. Its hole will not stretch enough to accommodate the handles of things of this size, and if you try to jam them through it, your device might rip.
You must keep this device away from any young children or pets in your household, as a child or pet could chew on the silicone and end up ingesting it. A pet's claws might also be sharp enough to rip of a piece, even though the silicone is rip-resistant when touched by human hands or wrapped around an object.
If you're someone who experiences wrist pain but start using your Grip Egg on a regular basis, you'll likely be able to cut back on doctor's visits and / or over-the-counter painkillers.
