Grip Clip clippers are nail clippers with stainless steel blades, a non-slip comfort grip, an extra-wide opening and a magnifying glass with a light. With them, you'll be able to clip fingernails, toenails and even acrylic nails without losing control and tearing your nails or skin, or dropping nail shavings on the floor. Each Grip Clip features a nail clip catcher that will catch all clippings, and you'll simply need to open a flap to dispose of them later.
The cost of Grip Clip is $19.99 and the shipping is FREE! Price is from As Seen on TV Commercial page: buygripclip.com
To get started with your Grip Clip clippers, hold onto the rubberized non-slip handles and clip your fingernails and / or toenails as you normally would.
For increased clarity, you can attach the included magnifier with a light to the side of your clippers, if needed, and continue with the clipping process. The light will come in handy if you're trying to clip your nails in the dark or with little illumination.
After you're done clipping your nails, pull the white tab located near the top of the blades in order to empty the built-in nail clip catcher. You can empty the shavings within into a wastebasket, the toilet, your sink or anywhere you'd normally dispose of nail clippings.
Each pair of clippers has stainless steel blades that are similar to those used in a professional nail salon. Due to the professional-quality material used to construct them, they won't break easily, nor will they rust, and they'll give you a sharp, precise cut—without cutting your skin.
Besides having professional-quality blades, these nail clippers also have an extra-wide opening, which will be a benefit to you if you're trying to cut thick nails like toenails or acrylic nails.
The included magnifying glass that you can attach to your clippers will make your nails appear three times larger than they actually are, which will help you with cutting accuracy. You'll also be able to use the magnifying glass to get a larger view of other things, such as the ingredients on the back of a nail polish bottle. By using the magnifying glass, you'll be able to access the built-in light, too.
Grip Clip clippers are ideal for people suffering from arthritis and other temporary or permanent hand issues. They'll feel more comfortable in a user's hand than most nail clippers do, due to their rubber-cushioned non-slip grip handles. The non-slip quality of the handles will also prevent the clippers from falling to the floor if a user isn't able to control their hand movements super-efficiently.
You'll need lithium ion batteries to operate the light attached to your included magnifying glass, but your first set of batteries will be included with your set of clippers.
With each set of clippers, you'll also receive a pair of tweezers with a similar non-slip grip, which you can use to remove slivers, groom your eyebrows or perform other beauty-related tasks.
The container that will catch any nail clippings as you use your Grip Clip clippers is quite small, so you'll need to empty it regularly. You may need to do this twice during one clipping job, if you're clipping both your fingernails and toenails.
If a small size is a priority for you when it comes to clippers, these may not be the best ones for you. While their rubberized handles and wide openings add to their effectiveness, these features also add to their size, making each pair a bit larger than most other clippers.
There are many varieties of nail clippers available in today's drugstores and department stores, but some of these have very dull blades. This means you may have to cut the same nail more than once in order to achieve a complete cut, and your nails may end up looking jagged when you're done. Plus, many pairs of clippers, especially the small ones, are hard to hold. This may cause a user's hand to slip, leading the pair of clippers to come in contact with their skin and give them an unpleasant cut.
Some people who can't effectively cut their own nails may choose to visit a nail salon on a regular basis, but this can be time-consuming and can also drain one's bank account over time.
There are people out there who don't like using nail clippers, and don't want to go to a professional, so they opt to cut their nails with a small pair of scissors. However, the results a person will get from using this method likely won't be pretty, since it's hard to cut nails evenly with scissors.
If you use another type of clippers, you may need to replace your clippers every few months or at least once a year. Grip Clip clippers are so durable, though, that once you start using them instead, you may not need to replace them for years. They're quite conspicuous, due to their fairly large white handles, so you'll be unlikely to seek a replacement because you've misplaced them, either.
