Gotham Low Fat Grill is an indoor grill that will drain excess fat off the food you cook with it, so all you'll get is the food itself without the extra calories. This grill will sit comfortably on a table or countertop and will hold four hamburger patties or long, skinny pieces of meat at once. However, you'll also be able to use it to cook other foods besides meat, such as vegetables and panini sandwiches.

This low-fat grill has heating elements on both the inner bottom surface and the inside of its lid, so it'll be able to cook both sides of any piece of food at once. That means you'll never have to flip your food while you're using this apparatus. Food will cook extremely quickly with these heating elements, too—burgers will take five minutes or less, grilled panini sandwiches will take a couple of minutes, and an entire calzone will only take several minutes. If you need to use metal utensils to add or remove food, you'll be able to, since the titanium inside surface of each grill is scratch-resistant.
If you need to melt cheese on bread, on meat or on any other food item that you're cooking or have cooked, this grill is a great place to do it. A cheese slice will take only 20 seconds to melt once it's inside. Cheese won't get stuck to the surface of this grill, either.
The titanium surface of this grill contains a ceramic coating on both the bottom cooking surface and the inside of the lid. This coating prevents food from sticking to either heating element. Instead, it'll just slide off quickly, regardless of what type of utensil you're using to remove it. There'll be so little food left on this grill's cooking surfaces after you've removed your food for serving, that you may only need to wipe these surfaces clean with water.
Each Gotham Low Fat Grill has a fat-draining tray that will collect fat and grease that drips from the food within the grill as it cooks. This tray should be emptied after each cooking session so it doesn't become too full.
This low-fat grill is fairly compact, taking up about a foot of space wherever it sits. If you're driving, you'll be able to transport it to a different location if you need to, and most users will also be able to carry it from place to place in their home.
Since it drains fat and grease from food, thereby reducing the amount of fat and calories in the food once it's ready for consumption, this grill promotes healthier eating habits. If you or anyone in your household is on a diet, or if you're just trying to live a healthier lifestyle, you'll find this low-fat style of cooking beneficial.
If you want to use your barbecue's grill outdoors, you'll have to wait for a sunny day with no snow or rain in order to do so, which will dramatically limit your options. Fortunately, using your Gotham Low Fat Grill won't be weather-dependent. You'll be able to use it anywhere indoors, as long as you have the space you need and an electrical outlet to plug it into.
With some cooking apparatuses, users have to stick to plastic, wood or rubber utensils such as lifters and forks, since metal ones will scratch the surface of these cooking tools. That won't be the case with this particular low-fat grill, though, as its titanium scratch-resistant inner surface can tolerate the impact of any metal utensil, as long as you aren't super-aggressive with it.
This low-fat grill may not cook enough for a large family or all the employees in a large office, but it will cook enough food for a small group of people. This makes it a perfect appliance for a household of three or four roommates or a couple with one or two kids. Keep in mind, however, if you want to cook for just one or two people, you don't need to fill the cooking surface of the grill completely.
You will need electricity in order to use your Gotham Low Fat Grill. As a result, if you use it nearly every day, or even more than once a day, this may lead to an increase in your electricity bill. You also won't be able to use this grill at a campsite, unless you've obtained a campsite that's equipped with electricity.
This apparatus isn't safe to run through the dishwasher, so you'll always need to wash it by hand. As mentioned, due to its non-stick surface, you may only need water and a cloth to do so. If you feel you need soap, you should consult your instruction manual to find out if there are any soaps that are unsafe to use on its cooking surfaces.
A lot of modern-day cooking appliances and tools come with a recipe book containing recipes you can make with your new tool, but this low-fat grill doesn't. Consequently, if you're new to cooking with an electric grill, you may have difficulty deciding what to cook first.
Whatever you do, don't touch either cooking surface of this low-fat grill while it's cooking food, or minutes after it's done. If you need to move or remove food, always use a utensil. If you use your hands or fingers, the hot surfaces will burn them. Along the same lines, you should wait at least a half hour after you've turned off your grill to wipe it down, and you should also unplug it first. To move your grill, always hold onto the black shell instead of the insides.
When you're leaving the house (or wherever you've used the grill), be sure to turn off and unplug your Gotham Low Fat Grill. If it were to malfunction while plugged in, it could catch on fire and burn other things nearby, aside from possibly becoming too damaged to function again itself.
With this low-fat grill, you can cook food that tastes as good as it would on an outdoor barbecue grill. The difference is that you'll be able to do this without spending up to a couple of hours preparing the barbecue, cooking on it and then cleaning it. Instead, you'll be able to prepare what many people would consider a complete meal in minutes, and you won't have to deal with the impatience of kids or other people waiting for you to finish.

I purchased this indoor grill and it cooked the food nicely, but the surface does not wipe clean - it has burn type marks that never come clean. Also I used the grill about 4 times and the 5th time the grill never turned on. I am trying to find a telephone number to contact them and low and behold, I cannot. I'm ready to trash it!

I bought two of the large frying pans. Both end up in the metal bin for garbage, after two uses with plastic utensils they both had food stuck to them so bad would have been easier to just use a piece of flat steel. I was not impressed. Waste of money, and they are not cheap.
