These people have NEVER called me back in over 3 weeks. I have called, left messages, emails, and chats. NOT ONCE have they called me back. I am trying to cancel my subscription. The account links on DON'T work so you can even change your credit card if you wanted to. I am still paying because I can't cancel. PLEASE DON'T USE them. Get the barre second hand and use the DVDs. If you buy a subscription you will never be able to get help.

It Works!
I've never had to contact Customer Service, however, this fitness program DOES work! I did it years before and my body was unbelievable, just getting restarted again. This, PiYo and Body FX are the only programs that have worked for me, but Body FX is more like dancing and I need to tone up again. PiYo is good for toning as well but it hurts my back so I'm back to this! Excited to know that I will see results again, even Brittany Spears used this program when her body was at its best, so you know it has to be good!

Terrible Customer Service. Not Worth It
Customer service is nonexistent. Buy the barre and DVDs second-hand. The price of the barre does not match the quality, features, and benefits. The on-demand subscription is absolutely not worth $240 per year. What a joke! They rarely add new classes, and besides, the best ones are the originals with Michelle Austin, which you can get on eBay and Amazon or garage sales. If you want an On-demand subscription, look up many of the other choices out there that actually update and add new classes regularly. I’ve never dealt with such poor practically nonexistent customer service in my life. Fluidity is no relevant and hasn’t kept up with the times and overcharges for their products.

Don't Waste Your Money
I bought this with the option to pay it over a few months. At some point, they stopped deducting the money and sent me emails about payments not going through. I replied via emails, I called them numerous times, I called my bank to see what the issue was (there was no issue on my end, they changed their address), I called them again and left a voicemail asking them to call me back so that I can give them a different card since they we're having a hard time with the original, but I never heard back. A couple of weeks later, without even sending me any formal letter or warning, I receive a collections notice. It's absolutely unfair for this company to ruin my credit when I went above and beyond to pay it. They never answer calls! They had all my information; my phone number, my address, my email address. Plus I left multiple voicemails! At least return the customer call before you skip all appropriate processes and send me to collections. the other issue is with its design. There's a huge wooden panel in the middle that prevents you from seeing your form and posture in the mirror. It's not worth it. Don't waste your money! You can probably build bars yourself with home depot material at a fraction of this price.

Program Without the Diet Section.
I saw your program on TV and was very impressed. I am not looking for weight loss, but I need to tighten up so much of my body as I have lost approximately 67 pounds. Is it possible to get your exercise program and the exercise equipment without the diet program? Very interesting program. Carol Moore Carter.

Dancer Body and More Muscular
I love the Fluidity Bar, I've toned and slimmed down my upper torso, My neck and my legs are actually more toned, longer and more muscular than ever before. I've added an inch of muscle to my thighs and have muscles busting out all over my thighs and much stronger too. I'm an ex-powerlifter that was once 290 lbs. But was looking to slim down and I've totally transformed my body into a ballet dancer's physique. Plan to combine with ballet classes to keep fit, slim and strong.

Returns Are a Nightmare!
I called for a return authorization within the 30 days. It never showed up in my email. When calling the customer service rep after realizing it had never came and that I was now past the 30days, she said she could see that they received my call and issued the authorization, but since now it was after the 30 days there was nothing they could do. I have not even opened the box! They have proof that I called, they say they issued the return, but I never received the authorization. This is ridiculous. That is a lot of money to just let go! If anyone has a phone number that would get me up the chain, that would be greatly appreciated. She said there was no other person I could speak with. The customer service rep, "Tara" was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I do most of my shopping online and every single business has had a customer centered approach. Not Fluidity Barre. The CSR was not interested in helping with my return at all. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to steer clear of ordering anything from that company.

When I saw this on TV, I knew it was a joke and a rip-off. All this machine is good for is stretching and flexibility. However, with the pull-up feature, you can develop a tone back but you can get that by press your arms against a wall it's the same movement.

Love my Fluidity
You couldn't pry the Fluidity Bar from me! I love it, I have nerve damage from a back surgery that went horribly wrong. While i'm not saying this would work for everyone I will say that by consistently working & then stretching the muscles I have seen a mountain of progress in my pain levels & I have even gained some pain free days! After 10 workouts you will feel taller & your clothes will fit you better. Do not let the price scare you~ the results are phenominal!
