Flex Seal Liquid
Flex Seal Liquid is a solution that'll cover virtually anything in your house or yard with a strong, protective coating, and seal any cracks so no unwanted water or air can pass through them. It can withstand rain, snow, the sun's UV rays, extreme heat, and extreme cold without losing its hold. This canned, pourable solution comes in shades of clear, white, black, and gray, but you will be able to paint over it with any colour of paint you choose.

How It Works
You'll have the option of brushing or rolling this solution onto the surface you want to treat, by using a standard paintbrush or paint roller, but it can be poured directly into cracks, too. If you have small items you want to protect, such as the handles of tools or pieces of PVC piping, you can even dip these directly into the mixture. At first, the solution will be a thick liquid, but then, as it dries, it'll turn into strong yet flexible rubber that you'll be able to bend this way and that, if necessary. As rubber, it'll keep any unwanted water, air, sounds, or vibrations out of an area that you've sealed off, or make sure water isn't able to escape something that should be filled with liquid.
- Not Slippery
Flex Seal Liquid's finish won't be slippery, so you'll be able to grip anything you've treated with the solution without difficulty.
- Long Lasting
Since this solution is resistant to bad weather conditions, extreme temperatures, mildew, and any chemicals found within a certain environment, its hold will most likely last for years.
- Fights Rust and Corrosion
Metal items tend to rust over time, especially if they're exposed to the outdoors. However, if you coat metal with Flex Seal Liquid, the solution'll act as a protective barrier between the metal and any outdoor elements, such as heavy wind or rain, thereby helping prevent it from rusting.
- Safe Around Animals and Plants
Unless an animal decides to directly consume a can of this mixture, it's not toxic for animals or plants. Hence, you'll be free to use it anywhere in your house or yard, even in an area your pets spend time in or one that's near your plants. It can even be used to seal off an area where fish live, such as a tank or backyard pond.
- Three Sizes of Can
When selecting a can of this solution, you'll be able to choose between the large size ( 16 ounces ), jumbo size (32 ounces), and the largest size, which is one gallon. If you only need to complete a few projects around your home, the 16-ounce can is probably best. On the other hand, the one-gallon can is ideal for those users who want to seal and protect things in virtually every room.
- Can be Painted
Since Flex Seal Liquid only comes in white, black, clear, and gray, it's a benefit that it can be painted any colour with any type of paint. Therefore, you won't need to worry about the solution causing all your household items to look dull.
- Comes With Flex Seal & Shot
With each can of Flex Seal Liquid, you'll also get a 14-ounce Flex Seal aerosol spray, which you'll be able to use for similar purposes, and a small can of Flex Shot for caulking.
- Could Create Mess
There's potential for messiness when you use Flex Seal Liquid. Each can's opening is quite large, so if you're not experienced with pouring liquids out of large cans, you could end up spilling some of the mixture. Even if you use a brush or roller, liquid may drip off these tools and onto the ground or the surface on which you're working. If each can were to have a smaller pouring hole, the solution might be a tidier one to use.

We live in Hawaii and are on catchment water. The rain water from the roof is directed to a tank through a fairly elaborate gutter and down spout system, goes through a few filters and a UV filter, and we use it. Consequently, we can't use anything remotely toxic to seal joints in the gutter system. After all, we drink the water. Is this stuff safe under such conditions?
