- Grind & Smooth Tool
This tool is very useful in removing Shellac or other difficult nail polishes on the nail itself. It works by simply running a fast-moving, sandpaper-like roller over the nail. The end result will be that it lightly grinds the polish, or other debris, off of the surface of the nail. However, it is important to ensure that care is taken to not damage the nail itself by smoothing too much.
- Shape & File Tool
This tool is used similarly to the Grind & Smooth, by using a different style of head/roller. It works by still using that sand-paper idea, and using it on the curve of one's nail, in order to properly shape it. Once again, this can be helpful in making one's desired nail curve, but also has a risk of damaging skin and the integrity of the nail itself.
- The Cuticle Cleanup Tool
This tool is almost identical to that of the Grind & Smooth, however, it is used with a softer head. It is used to clean the nail from all of the debris that was left from working on it. Flawless Nail Drill Stopped Working
I’ve used this drill 3 times and on the 4th try, it stopped working. I was really starting to like it because the drill does what it’s supposed to do, I guess it was poorly made to last long term. I was very disappointed because I paid good money for it at a Grocery outlet in Washington state.

Beautiful but on the Fence
Works very well, when it works! My 1st on e(lasted only 6 mos.)b e urned up just the light worked. My second one lost function of 3 of the 4 speeds on the tool, only to fully work again the next time I tried(maybe a min. Later). Speeds are great but now the unit itself cracked. Like I said it works well when it works. Don't know whether I'll pursue yet another new one.

Ruined my Nails
Bought mine at Amazon. After one use my nails started chipping. My nails grow out just past fingertip then they break off Been 3 months now. Do not use the grinder to remove ridges. Using the grinder takes TOO much off and leaves you with paper thin nails. Looks like they might get back to normal in another 3 months. It should come with a warning!

Stay Away!
I have always done my own nails and am never without polish. As I’ve aged, I noticed ridges beginning to form so I bought this tool. I was very careful not to be aggressive with it.
My nails are now weak and peeling. This thing has destroyed my formerly healthy nails.

Flawless = Powerless = Wasted Money
I bought mine on Amazon. I have used it 4 times. The power drains very quickly and now just the light turns on. I'm very disappointed. I thought having a rechargeable one would be more logical. I've been through 4 battery operated ones. So now what? Yes, I saved a trip to the salon but I still paid for a temporary fix. I just wish I could be pointed in the right direction of a good quality nail grinder at an affordable price. Very disappointed 😞. My husband said no more 🥺💅🙇 money for stupid gadgets that end up in the trash. I suppose don't believe everything you see on TV 🤦!

Won't Re-charge
Used the Flawless Pedi once and was happy with it, BUT it died quickly and won't turn on or take a re-charge. Unfortunately, I no longer have my receipt.

I brought my flawless nails to Walgreen and I loved it until the knob piece to turn on and off fell off after one time of use hoping for a solution to fix it because it saved my nails fixed the terrible ridges I had from cancer treatments.

It Took About 1 Month but I did Received it Today
I think this is great it did take a month but I love the way it looks and works! My toenails are hard and they get long fast so now I don’t have to sit for an hour and file each nail down so my toenails will look great! I love it!

THE WORST COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I ordered the Flawless Salon Nails online. The only response I've ever received was when I ordered them on Jan. 11, I received an email from flawlessnails.com stating my order had been received w/ an order #. Weeks went by. No Flawless Salon Nails. Called their phone # on 1/24. The phone rang and rang, then picked up and hung up on me. This happened several times. I emailed them asking when it would arrive. No email response. Never received any shipping information or email or call back. Finally, it arrived, but by this time I was out of town. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. I later discovered you can buy this at most local stores without having to deal with this company that leaves you high and dry after getting your credit card information.

Do not buy from Them!
I purchased Flawless Nails on Jan 28, 2021, it is now Feb 13 and it is missing. They initially sent by DHL on Feb 2, who passed it off to our illustrious USPS on Feb 8 and now who knows where it is. Do not purchase from them! Check Amazon or just go to Bed Bath and Beyond.

Flawless Nail Kit
Waited over a month for my nail kit to arrive. It came today. I tried out all but one of the attachments and my nails are now horrible. They are not smooth as advertised nor did they file my nails. All I felt was a slight pain in each finger as I was trying this out. Ended up cutting my nails because they were such a mess. I Will not be using it again.

I Love Mine
I ordered mine a while ago, maybe 3 weeks ago. I got it yesterday and tried it today, I love it. Such an easy tool to get the hang of - watched a couple of videos and all set. My cuticles have never looked so good. No more cutting my cuticles. I had some dent marks on some nails on my right hand - gone. So very happy so far.

Poor Shipping and Processing
I also ordered one but supposedly it is being shipped via DHL, however, a week later, it still hasn't reached the distribution center! These are good products but their operations are pathetic. Rude customer service on phone, too late to cancel.

Customer Service Aweful
Ordered weeks ago. Sent two e-mail inquiries. No responses. Finally got the lady on phone. Rude and short. Told me it was shipped and coming next week. Asked if they we're ever going to let me know the status of their website. Made up a stupid excuse. Asked to cancel an order - told me that it was too late.
Never use this company. By a Dremmel tool - at least you can use it for woodwork.
